I was going in to browse but ended up being pleasantly surprised by all of the high-quality and foot-friendly shoes. I purchased my first pair of On Clouds and now I'm hooked. I've been walking on air all day. Elizabeth was extremely helpful in my purchase. Thanks for the great service and great shoes!

The selection of shoes and accessories is one of quality and is not really matched by any place else in Virginia Beach. The staff is excellent and is extremely knowledgeable about the product.

My mother and I visited Sole Provisions shoe store because I was shopping for a pair of sandals. Sheila the sales clerk immediately helped me in trying to find a pair of birkenstock sandals. She was awesome and very patient with us, but especially sweet to my mom. Thank you Sheila for being what a sales clerk should be kind patient and have a complete understanding of your product!

I stopped in on Sunday May 22nd. Taylor assisted me in finding a shoe to not only fit me but one that is comfy on my left foot. I have had 3 ankle surgeries on it within 2 years. I'm in constant pain. I sort of felt like Cinderella. She bought out at least 16 pairs of shoes. Btw us we figured out what style and materials worked best with my foot. I finally narrowed it down to one pair of beautiful yellow flats. Taylor knows her stuff. Plus you feel like you are a VIP. They assist you with putting the shoes on w a shoe horn while they sit on the awesome shoe seat. The whole experience was top notch. I will be back and I will recommend this store and Taylor. The other staff were outstanding with how they treated customers also. Thank you for great quality w great customer service.

I utterly loathe shoe shopping bc it's such an arduous task for me to find a shoe I like which actually fits me. Thank you Sheila for your patience- I had you running to and fro, creating such a mess of your store, taking at least a dozen or more shoes out for me AND you were nothing but politeness and full of professionalism!! Really appreciate being treated with such kindness. Thank you again for the good experience.

They asked what size my daughter was (34) the woman kept insisting she was a 35 and brought out a whole bunch of 35s and only one 34. We ended up buying the 35s and had to return them the next day. Her foot was sliding around in the shoe. Ended up buying 34 from the website directly. We felt like we were not being heard.
