AT&T Store

I went to this location to upgrade my phone and I was so impressed with the incredible customer service provided by all of the sales reps, and ESPECIALLY Charles! Charles was quick to greet me when I walked in and within just a few minutes, we had my new phone ordered and all of the details of the upgrade were perfectly sorted out without issue! Upon returning to set up my new phone, Charles and the rest of the team were patient and very helpful during the entire set-up process! I couldn’t be more pleased with the customer service I received from this location’s kind and communicative staff members!! I would definitely recommend coming here for all of your AT&T phone and electronic needs! Thanks again for everything Charles!

Charles listened to my concerns and helped me navigate to solve my problem.

Charles and Tre did an amazing job. When I came in to transfer my data they both went above and beyond with their customer service and were totally awesome to chat with while I waited for my transfer. Thanks Charles and trey! ✌🏻

Came in for an assist to fix a screen protector on my phone. Zach was amazing and couldn’t have been more helpful. While he was working on my phone we talked about some super helpful options. So patient. Good info! This location is awesome.

These guys are cool as can be. Good group, easy communication, funny. They don't try to sell you on anything extra if you ask them not to.

Recently i went to this location when my Iphone's screen didn't work for no known reason one morning. I've forgotten the persons name that helped but she had it working in seconds. This person knew some work around trick that the corporate store didn't, or was just trying to push a new phone. I'll be going here from now on. Thank you again if you happen to read this.

Charles , Dana and Zach were such a great help ! They were courteous , resourceful , patient and very polite . I was able to talk with each one of them and relate on different levels while they were helping me with my cellular service . I came back the next day after Dana trusted me with a loaner phone and Zach helped with issues I had been dealing with for months with my phone and watch and fixed every problem the store in TOWN CENTER created . I had the best experience with Tre W he helped me with direction on how to handle a stolen phone and we asked him to help with another phone that was unable to stop pop up ads he was respectful patient and just a wonderful person I appreciate his acts of kindness he a great helpful employee and all around Excellence in customer service. Went in store to purchase a screen saver for my new apple ultra watch. Zack greeted and assisted me in an extremely professional manner. But he also came across as a friend. I LIKED THAT. He was such a great help in explaining the features of my new watch. He knows his products!! Thanks Zack you were outstanding. If I were not older and retired and had my business. I would have tried to recruit him today to work for me. He is MANAGER CAPABLE‼‼

Dana is a very delightful salesperson. She is amazing at her job. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Dana was able to get me a phone and two Apple Watches in three days before my vacation. Would give ten stars if possible. If you go to this location, definitely ask for her.

Charles and Trey were great. Super patient and informative. They took the extra steps to trouble shoot my issues and help me update a few lines. Two thumbs up!
