Took a friend in need of a new phone as her very old one was broken. She had no money and no idea how to work anything but her phone she's had for years.. Malik the manager of this location was beyond amazing with her and helpful! He was able to get her a phone helped her apply for assistance and by the time we left her anxiety and stress was completely relieved! Thanks so much Malik for you patience and kindness my friend really needed and deserved!

The man that was working at the cricket store on Merritt blvd on April 13, 2021 needs a raise. He spent well over 2 hours trying to get the only phone that I had purchased for my son yesterday (April 12th) to work. He wasn't stopping until he did. He did a great job with everything. He said his name to someone on the phone and I didn't even ask but I know it started with a D. He was awesome! He even tried to exchange the phone out but didn't want something to mess up his inventory and I totally understand that. Thank you so much for your entire help tonight!

China was exceptional, she took care of myself and mother. Very professional and gave us her advice on accessories. Also, handled my phone protector very well being the fact the old one was hard to come off and she handled it with proper care. Thank you China, continue to thrive at what you do☺

My iPhone 6 finally gave up on me this morning, so I reluctantly went to the Cricket Wireless store to get a new one. I chose the iPhone SE 2nd Gen because it's only $199 + $25 upgrade fee + $25 MD tax for current Cricket Wireless customers.
Jerrell was very polite and professional. He never pushed me to buy additional products and/or insurance. He was extremely helpful when I told him that it was the first time I'm upgrading my iPhone so I had no idea what to do.
Associates like him represent the best in customer service. Thank you, Jerrell!

I am tech-challenged and I am an android user. I came from a different end of town, to the Dundalk location, because of the knowledge of LuChina (hope I spelled that right!). I called this location first to ask questions, because the locations nearest my home were NOT helpful at all. In fact they were rude and impatient. When I called the Dundalk store LuChina was so very helpful, and patient. She was even BETTER in person!! She was able to explain many things to me, and made my phone purchase easy and painless. Thanks LuChina for your great customer service!

My goto girl is China. I'm tech savvy but when I have a question about phones this IS the place! If China doesn't know she will find out. Great follow through.
