The LEGO® Store South Shore Plaza

Always gotta love this place! Everyone was so nice and they even gave me a free set. It was in a zip lock bag! All the employees were so nice and asked about our YouTube channel. We gave them a great review there and we live this place!

Jesse, one of the guys at the store, was absolutely fantastic with my boy. He patiently answered every one of his eight million questions, and didn't rush us at all. We're from the Cape, only in the area for a Dr appt, so being there was a huge deal for him. Thank you so much! 💕

Gotta love this store, my husband and I stop by whenever we visit the mall and usually end up leaving with something! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and we enjoy chatting with them about the different sets we have and the ones coming in!

Awesome store, great employees!

Great store!! I wish it was larger of a footprint to get more stuff in there. The pick a brick wall was well stocked and the staff was outstanding. I even left with more than I expected to get... admittedly not a rareity but I was on vacation and wasn't expecting to get more!

My kids and I had a really great time here. They have a cool section where you can mess around and build your own legos. There is also a great deal where you can create three lego people and pick hair or a hat and an accessory for each one for $9.99. I thought that was a great deal. The workers were really friendly and this will definitely be a regular stop when we are at the mall.

Every time I have been into the Lego store buying Lego sets for the grandkids there has been one or two sales people they're more than willing to assist and very knowledgeable and very friendly. A couple days ago I went in because I was having trouble with my VIP card they told me it might take a couple of days to rectify the situation by the time I got home I had an email they told me they had applied the missing points to my VIP account. Always a great place to shop always fun and friendly love the Lego store

Lego lego and more lego! The staff is super helpful. They suggested all sorts of options. They looked up where items were if not available in the store. I was very impressed with all the staff. This was during the Christmas rush so image how they are when it's not Christmas.

Amazing store! Nice variety of items and the staff was incredibly helpful and nice. The manager was fantastic and their virus precautions are to notch. I'll definitely be back.

What makes this store amazing is its staff. They are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to old & new sets. Look for Lindsey (she is a sweetheart, extremely helpful) or John (he has an incredible memory especially on older sets that retire long ago). All the others that have helped us so far have also been great. The store has been recently redesigned and offers play areas where you can get creative and build something while your kid chooses (or vice-versa), a custom minifugres building station (one of our favorites things to get there) and it is stocked up to the ceiling. Every month tbey have a mini build event where you can enroll in advance through the Lego website and show up (kids only) to build a free set. They also have other events such as a minifigure swap and other cool stuff besides just plain old Lego sets. We go back often and if you're unlucky to not find what you're looking for there, make sure to ask their staff, they will tell you where you can find anything Lego related you may need!

Fun staff... very informative. Will help you find what you need but will not oversell just to put anything in your hands.
