Normally I go to a different Sally's, but this was near other stores on my errands list. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and directed to where I needed to go. I spent way too long deliberating my options, but the ladies working were so sweet checking in and offering to help, but not in an overwhelming way. Alex, I think was her name, was super helpful.

I settled on semi-permanent colors and am thrilled with the results.

Every time I come here all of the ladies I talk to are super knowledgeable, supportive, kind, enthusiastic, and helpful. I always get the best advice for the latest hair project whether it's about the brand, the product, or the method. Ladies, they are not trying to upsell you. Any product they recommend for a hair transformation will be great for you. Even if your budget is small, they usually know a way to help. The store is also very well organized, and it's very easy to find everything. I highly recommend!

The staff here is always nice. Recently I got myself in over my head attempting to remove yellow hair dye, but all of the girls at Sally’s brainstormed with me on solutions, especially Madeline. This was no ordinary dye... this was “til death do you part” kinda hair dye. I was convinced I was doomed. But they hooked me up with the good hair stuff! My hair is now rockin’ a nice pink. No yellow. It’s pretty cute, by the way.

The staff there was super helpful! Very nice and knowledgeable. Helped me fix my color and set me up to do it right next time!
