Zach was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process of diagnosing the issue with my 5 year old phone (it no longer supported 4G/5G). At the time, Samsung was just about to begin the Pre-ordering phase of their new s24, so because of the odd situation, he even offered me a loaner phone for a few weeks while I decided what to do. Thanks to his assistance and patience, I was very happy with my decision to get the new s24 during their Pre-order phase, rather than purchase an older phone or buy a loaner phone for a few weeks elsewhere. Thank you greatly, Zach!

Zach rocks! He was great at explaining anything we had questions about and truly wants the customers to be satisfied with their phone decision. He is honest, funny and straight forward.

I have been to this store a few times and am ALWAYS taken care of. The process of getting a new phone was fairly straightforward. They had to order the phone but was there in 2 days. Sean was able to help me set up the phone and was meticulous putting on the protective screen. I could tell by watching others interactions that workers in the store WANTED to help the people that were there.

Holy cow, I fretted for months about having to get a new phone, but Zach made it easy, informative and FUN! I have been going to this location for a very long time time and the experience is always stellar. I was happy to learn that all of my info from the previous phone transferred easily and eveything is in the same place on the new phone. Not a whole lot of retraining needed. Keep up the great work Zach and US Cellular Monona. We need you!

While I haven't decided to trade up yet to a new phone, the options were explained clearly. I felt my time there was valued.

I was in the Monona office on September 1 and Jordan helped me and my son with purchasing a new phone. It was a quick process and worked out well. In addition he pointed out a $400 credit that I was supposed to receive but it did not show on my bill. I just called US Cellular and I was able to get credits to my bill to make up for the missing $400. Thanks so much to Jordan. Excellent service!

Gabe was very nice and gave my mom and I really good service. I like there associates. I feel like they really put in good timing for there customers. Everything went smoothly. A few months ago I got my phone stolen, so I couldn’t get it back unfortunately, but my mom surprised me with getting a new phone for Christmas and I was excited ! But I recommend Gabe to help anyone out with anything.

Sarah was a superlative agent. Personable and willing to take the time to answer all of our questions as well as technically savvy enough to set everything up. Went above and beyond to help us. Great experience. She gives the corporation a very good shine.

Working with the staff at this Monona location was a joy. Amy did a great job helping us select two new phones and the upgrade plan that was best for us. She has followed up to be sure we had no further questions.

On 6/15/2020, we had the pleasure of working with Bryce Culver. I’ve been a US Cellular customer for a long time and it was time to update my phone and plan and also add a line and new phone for my husband.

Bryce was phenomenal! He listened to everything we came to do, answered all our questions and helped us make the best choice of a new plan and phones that fit our needs. This is the best US Cellular store around. Bryce was very knowledgeable. He made sure I had the best deal. I would definitely go here again for all my cell phone needs!

This store is honestly the best! All the people there are so helpful and really try to get you the best deals! Both Gabe and Sam were so so sooo nice. We actually came to that specific US Cellular store by accident because we put the wrong place in our gps but we were so glad we did and we will always go to that store only!

This is a Batteries Plus store as well. Went there to replace the battery on my Porsche. Not only were they friendly and helpful they were knowledgeable as well. Great job!!

Came in with a 713 area code number, couldn't be transferred to US Cellular from another carrier because they don't have towers in that area code. 5 stars because Sarah knew this and told me within 2 minutes of me walking in the door. Didn't waste weeks of my time like the other guys did.

Zach at this location got us the best deal and worked his hardest to save us a bunch of money. He is the best!!! Ask for him when you come to this store.
