Prefer H.D. over Lowes... If you have an issue, they will try to help.. Lowes will run you around on a $12,000.00 order that they messed up and be of zero assistance.

Needed to rent a van, called up and the guy who answered the phone, ken, was beyond helpful and awesome. When I got to the store he greeted me at the desk. He went above and beyond to assist me and had an awesome personality. I don't know how much he gets paid but they should double it! He made the whole process smooth and awesome.

They are one of the few stores with plenty of staff. They provided much help to customers getting supplies for the hurricane this past fall. It's a good place to shop for affordable lighting options and appliances.

After he gets all the information punched into the computer, he will then look at you with great relief and announce!!! I have good news !!!

I really never had a bad experience with either home Depot or Lowe's here at the beach they had everything that I need most of the time when I go there and as far as I'm concerned they're both good businesses and they serve the community right

I've never been called a "handyman," so I am thankful for the Home Depot staff in Murrells Inlet! They've helped me out on several occasions. Most of them seem to be in a good mood, friendly and happy to help.

Our plumber sent me here to find parts for a sink drain. I quickly found Bob in the plumbing section, who kindly took me to find all the parts I needed to complete the job. He even suggested some items I would have forgotten-- super knowledgeable and helpful! It's rare to find service like this, even in smaller hardware stores.Thank you Bob!

Went to Home Depot today and it was great! We needed a part for our toilet, so Bob in plumbing was very helpful and knowledgeable! We also purchased a smoker and Don was the associate who helped us with that. Again awesome customer service. We then had Nancy at the customer service desk. She was so pleasant and set up everything for delivery of our smoker. Free assembly on the smoker, along with free delivery! Every associate was friendly and finally a business with enough associates so you don't have to chase somebody down to help you. Please give Bob, Don and Nancy atta boys!

Bought storm door and had it installed by Home Depot, a fellow by the name of Kevin Paquette.
Excellent service. Came when he said and did the job. Door looks great!

Typical Home Depot as far as layout and supplies are concerned. Nice helpful staff. Adequate gardening department. Self checkout lanes.

Home Depot is my favorite big box hardware store. Their selection is massive and if they don't have it in the store you can order it online. The staff is extremely friendly and willing to help you find whatever you need.

We had a great experience at the Home Depot today. We were looking at indoor/outdoor carpet for our back porch. We were approached by an associate named Steve. Steve asked us if we had any questions and gave us a couple of ideas for alternative projects including a waterproof vinyl flooring. Steve was very knowledgeable, professional and kind. It was a great experience talking with Steve and we are excited about possibly installing the flooring ourselves.

I came in close to closing time, I was needing some blue paint for a Marine American flag. The lady at the paint department was extremely helpful and she looked the store to find an American flag and she matched the paint. 🙂

Was looking for washer dryer unit. Elizabeth in appliances very helpful. Pointed us in right direction. Gave good unbiased opinion, took time to explain differences between units. Great customer service

Way more customer service oriented than their competitor with the big "L".

The employees and management went above and beyond helping with a tile situation after Hurricane Matthew. Check out their wood image tile! I always loved this Home Depot anyway and could spend hours there; yet, knowing how they support their commitment to the customer says it all for me.

Grabbing things for the lawn & flowe bed (2 rose bushes too)!
