This wonderful person has been very passionate and understanding. With the situation he was very patient with me. Hope that I was able to make his day also. Hope his is paid what he is worth.

What amazing service! Carole not only helped me, but made my kids day! I went in to make a purchase for my children’s birthday gifts, and she had everything in a bag, and even took the time to write “Happy Birthday” on the bags- in the same color as their new phones. Thank you for going above and beyond!

I was dreading going to the Verizon store thinking it would take forever and that I would be subjected to hard sell tactics. I was pleasantly surprised to be in and out in 30 minutes with a reasonably priced replacement phone that meets my needs. A really positive experience!

This Verizon store has great service and did a great job upgrading a phone on my account and then moving the upgraded phone to another number on my account by mirroring the phone it was moved to replace.
They were knowledgeable kind courteous and went above and beyond to help me as a long term Verizon customer just here in the summer.

Broke my protective lens on my camera today. Was waited on by Taggart (and Parker by phone) and received excellent service! Thanks guys!

Went in there yesterday (08/21/2022) and spoke with Kelly about setting up a business account and getting their business internet. I was already dreading it thinking it was going to be a big hassle. Kelly made the whole process seem like a walk in the park! On top of helping me, he was also assisting other customers that came in as well. Such a great experience! Thank you to Kelly and the others that we talked to on getting all that squared away!

I was helped as soon as I walked through the door. Was in and out quickly and back to my day. Great staff!

Parker was an absolute joy! He answered all questions, informed me of every option we had, including promotions, and special pricing. He was very knowledgeable and quickly moved me through the whole process of having to get a new phone… he even multitask with other customers when my phone just needed to download information.
