I had shirts.for our Family Reunion Back in 2016 And I was very happy with the service. And the patient they had.with all of the changes that needed to be done.
Than I used them again for Birthday shirts for a friend's party and there were done great. I would use them and refer them to anyone I know that need shirts or bags made.

I've had t-shirts made elsewhere and when I was told by a friend about this place, I gave them a shot, and let me tell you , awesome pricing, awesome service, expert knowledge, super friendly, I would not take my shops business anywhere else. will go back to these guys and keep coming back for all my company uniforms. thanks guys, ill be using you guys again.

Here’s my story.
I came to T-shirts' unlimited thinking I would receive great service and a wonderful product.
Oh boy was I wrong!

The first time I came in I was half way pleased, being that 10 of my shirts were printed crooked, in which I received, “this happens to shirts when you print a lot, they won’t be perfect.” I accepted this because human error is a real and understandable thing, still though I feel as if this was an excuse for a rushed job but whatever. I bit the bullet and walked off with my product.

Now Lets fast forward, I go back for a second time and was met with complications from the stores graphic designer, Charlotte.
Who to start off gave me a rude tone, which I shrugged off because the price was good, an I felt like she might have had a hard day. Eventually though she ended up proving to me that her customer service was below awful.

I ended up calling her to ask if we could make some modifications on my shirts and was told,
”I’m at my second job I can’t talk bye!” may I mention this was at 2pm on a week day. An I was never told you had a second job. So I held my tongue and waited for a returned call which I never got.
So I called her and told her that I think we should communicate better seeing as I pulled the little money I had together, to make shirts for my business.
Once I mentioned communication was poor, It was implied that I should be more understanding because “she’s closing a 2million dollar deal at work.“ oookay, what I about the job I’m paying money for you to do?

This was very upsetting which is why everyone needs to know.
Well T-shirts' unlimited, you lost a 500 dollar deal because I am going elsewhere. I’m just saying beware!
