I usually go to Murphys or Go Gas bc I have a dog that has extreme separation anxiety so I have to go to a drive thru or outside gas station but it was after 11 so everything like that was closed. i was really nervous they were gonna be mean to me bc I understand bringing a dog inside is annoying but they were very sweet to her and talked to her and served me without being rude at all it was cool! Good customer service nice people! Idk what these other posts are talking about normally you get what you put in if youre rude to others theyll be rude back lol. Usually people that spend this much time complaining are the instigators!

They have a sign up saying closed for shift change but it’s 11:30pm. Smdh they have closed down the store however. It’s annoying to have walked to the store that has its hours online as open. Don’t go here.

WORST SERVICE EVER!! Cashier was extremely rude without any reason. This is completely unacceptable. I will never step foot in this place again!

Worse experience ever in a gas station. Cashier was cussing and hitting register. When a male customer asked him to stop due to the young child and other women in the store we was told to hush and he didn't care. To mind our own business and leave if we didn't like it. Completely uncalled for. Seems like I'm not the only one that has had this experience. I've never been spoke to that way by a employee of any store.

They never change out their trash in the gas station area, the staff is very rude and not respectable and very racial.

THIS PLACE NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT SND BETTER STAFF.
All the stuff should be fired,and shouldn’t be smoking weed in front of the building.

Wasn't open at 4:00 Am walked in pouring rain to it and girl was on her phone with lights off so is it a 24 hour or does the google page need changed.

Employee was outside and told me they were closed.. don't go here late night doors locked

If I could give this place no stars I would bi went in and bought my gas with my debit card then I bought lotto tickets with cash and my daughter who was with me bought some lottery tickets and some candy. When I went outside to pump my gas the pump wasn’t on. When my daughter and I went inside to inquire we were told that I didn’t get gas. I went through them entire process of putting my PIN in and everything and the two employees were militant and aggressive and argumentative and sarcastic and disrespectful. I will never come in here again.

This is the worst when it comes to the employees they slow and be on the phone like they are at home smdh please hire some people that want to do their job. Instead of the ones dragging slippers around all day!!! 2:53 pm 8/7/23

Just visit this gas station and you will probably NEVER GO BACK. I am in the customer service industry and I have never been so rudly spoken to by anyone in my entire life. If I had an employee that spoke to our customers they way the cashiers do at this place they would be terminated on the spot. Don't these employees understand the reason they have a job and get a paycheck is because of the people that are locals that spend $$$$ at the store. No customers no income/job period!!!!!!!!

This gas station stank & need to be looked over fraudulent is what them workers is doing they so ghetto it makes the store look completely bad I watch one worker take lotto ticket & inventory I don’t like this store & I will never spend there I’ll go to another Handee Hugo

The employees move around SLOW as Snails. I live 1 mile from this store and there are panhandlers always outside. And there seems to be some type of fund jar inside and I have been bout Penny and nickeled to deat. First they as for your dollar I said no, Then they ask for your change. I AM SICK TO DEATH of this store asking for money. #1 get a 501C tax exempt. Ive put all Im going to in that freaking jar. Their prices are already higher than most stores as it is.

A cashier that was working was very rude for no reason. I dont know what her problem was but something needs to be done about it. Her name was Kathy and she could run business off if her attitude dont change.

Absolute trash. Some products have 100% markup compared to other gas stations. Deplorable!
