I went there to check on some new shoes.
They helped me out to find the right shoes for me. The store is very nice and clean. By the way, the popular design might don't have your size. I do recommend to come here to just check the real shoes and order it online.

There is a range of shoes from casual to specialty hiking/running. The staff are knowledgeable. I went in for a fitting and even though I ended up placing the order online, Fernando was patient and personable. It was busy.

Listen, the line sucks but you’ll get over quick. Especially if you get paired with Sean! Y’all, Sean was awesome. He gave my husband and I a shopping experience we will not soon forget!!! Not only did he listen to and execute our needs, we had great conversation! Made our mid west hearts happy in the NYC! Go visit this store! Cross your fingers you get Sean as an advisor!

Shanell was super helpful in helping me find my first pair of On shoes. Super excited about them.

This was my first experience at the On Cloud store in Manhattan. The sales representative Alfonz was wonderful. He knew his product and suggested a sneaker for my low arch feet. Alfonz was professional, friendly and gave very good customer service. I noticed that all the staff including the gentleman that opened the door for us when leaving. I definitely recommend this store. Not to mention the sneakers are very comfortable.

The line and wait was longer than I would of wished; but well worth it. And I made some friends in line from the mother land Switzerland as well. The best part of my shopping experience was the expert hospitality and service provided to me by Shanell! What an absolute delight! Give that woman a raise!

I went to the On store this afternoon, and it could not have been a better experience! Kenny greeted us at the door, was extremely friendly and offered us water as we waited. I only waited a few minutes, and then was greeted by a man named Peter who helped me find the right shoes. I have some pretty extreme back, knee, ankle, and foot problems, and tried pretty much every shoe in the store to decide what felt best. Peter was patient, helpful, and knowledgeable during the entire process. He was there when I needed him, but did not hover as I was trying to make a decision. I ended up with a great pair of shoes that are perfect for all of my issues! I would highly recommend coming to the store.

I had the great luck of having Kenny, one of the store leaders help me. He was patient, pleasant, and had the expertise of a foot doctor!

Ziggy is amazing! So patient, soft spoken, and helpful. I’m a tough customer and she won me over. I read the reviews about customer service before going to the store but my experience was completely different! If you go when it’s not busy, the staff take their time to educate you about the shoes one on one.
