We were visiting my brother for the weekend on September 15, 2023 and my car battery decided to die while we were at dinner. I went in about 30 minutes before closing but the staff took great care of us. They replaced my battery and made sure I was good to go in less than 20 minutes. We were very lucky the staff were there and able to help. They deserve a raise!

Tyler was a great help. Out of town vacationing and a steel brake line corroded and started leaking. No brakes and no tools. Tyler recommended 100% of the tools needed. From flare nut wrenches to a brake line flaring kit. 2 hours later the job was completed and we used every tool Tyler recommended. Unknowingly for my son and I Tyler saved my son and several trips back and forth and a lot of frustration. Thanks mj

On Saturday April 29, 2023 the belt on my car broke off as I was pulling into the shopping center parking lot, I walk into Advance Auto to purchase a new one and Caleb was very helpful in answering all my questions on how to replace the belt, he walked out to my car to explain better and he actually put the new belt on for me! Caleb was a life saver, he went above and beyond, his acts of kindness shows that there is still good people in this world! I am so thankful for his help!!

Solid service and very quick to make sure they saved me some money where they could. Nice to get good service and not feel like I'm being rushed out the door.

Friday night my girlfriend and I arrived from out of town in the parking lot of Food lion in Sneads ferry. After getting back in the car it wouldn't start and all of the electronics were literally freaking out when attempting to start. After attempting to troubleshoot and having someone jump the car we realized Advanced was a few doors down. I worked with Clover who tested my battery and at first determined the issue was the alternator. Then Ben got involved and came outside to attempt jumping the battery again. Ben took a tremendous amount of time to use his own truck, figure out my issue and when all said and done it was just the battery. Ben could have brushed this off and not given near as much of his time. To put icing on the cake he offered to let me wash my hands once done. This may seem small and insignificant but the care and attention he gave, even to something small like washing my hands, meant the world to me. I appreciate both you guys and understand Advanced has two great employees. I appreciate you!

PS- the battery was definitely the issue and we got home Monday afternoon without concern.

Thanks to the amazing staff like Tyler G. and the crew working there today, I was able to recover a missing part to my car as well as reflect on security measures to take for my car and family. I had a very pleasant experience at this AAP store and received exceptional customer care via service representative Caleb. He went above and beyond to help me pick out the correct windshield wiper blades for my vehicle. Following that, he helped me remove the old blades and replace the newly purchased ones. I could tell from the steps he was following it would have taken me far more time to complete this process and I would have been left very frustrated. I would recommend this AAP store to anyone with vehicle maintenance needs. And seek out Caleb - he is a PRO and will go the extra mile to get you squared away.

Met a young lady named Kayla who was very knowledgeable answered all my questions and even asked me a few questions about the job i was about to take on in 95 degree heat.

I had a coil go bad in my VW, and Richard was THE MAN. He ran some diagnostic tests on my car and gave me access to each code that popped up. He was super kind to my husband and I. We just moved to NC from PA, and it can be stressful when things go wrong with your car shortly after you've moved to a new area. Richard was patient and did whatever he could to help us. I highly recommend this place; they know what they're doing and they'll help you out. Thanks again, Richard!

Caleb helped me find all the tools I needed! He greeted me as I walked in, answered all of my questions with detailed & short explanations & had patience with me throughout the entire time! I will be back to this location for all my car needs !

Great customer service. What they dont have they can always get, even for hard to find parts. Management has changed a couple times recently, but the staff is mostly the same. Lots of good people in here.

The staff here was very helpful because I know nothing about cars lol.. but they help me with everything and find everything and the guy even told me like how to install it like myself he was amazing so I would suggest going here definitely 100%

Always a great place to get auto parts and they have a wealth of knowledge that gets you what you need when you need it. Now with that being said dont get mad if they dont have exactly what you need at that time. They can order it and will make sure you get the right part at the right time.

I was able to get all of my AMSOil products while still picking up all of my other vehicle needs. They keep a great selection of items stocked to choose from.
