AT&T Store

My wife and I had a great experience at this store. We stopped in to ask about options for upgrading our phones and we ended up with a great deal on new phones. The staff was very helpful, attentive, patient, friendly and personable.

My daughter and I visited ATT store at 1803 York Rd we were pleasantly greated by Jonathan who help us with our cellphone purchases and setup. We explained what cellphone we would like to purchases They had my cellphone in stock but didn't have my daughter in stock this is were Shannon step in he said he could call another store to see if they had one in stock.He found a store that had one in stock and what was so amazing he offered to go get the phone from the other store with no hesitation. Thats what l call above and beyond excellent customer service. My daughter and I was very pleased with our cellphone purchases.Thanks again for the great experience Jonathan and Shannon!!

My iPhone 12 Pro had broken and would cost $500+ to repair. It wasn't even paid for (bal $249), so I wasn't happy about paying that to upgrade. Fortunately, Johnathan at the AT&T store was able to explain the difference between 14 and 14 Pro, assuring me that I'd be fine with the 14, saving me money! The purchase process was quick and he explained how to retrieve my Apple ID backup information. I wasn’t able to transfer from my broken phone. The store WiFi was out, but his directions worked perfectly at home. I’d definitely work with him again!

What an awesome experience at the ATT store getting my new phone the team working was awesome. Jonathan took care of me and Racharde greeted me.

I received Excellent service from this location. I upraded from a 12 pro to a 15 pro max within a matter of a few minutes. I left satisfied with the service I received and was assisted by Troya.

Jonathan helped resolve several issues I was having with my phone. He is very knowledgeable and able to explain the issues to the customer. You are lucky to have him as an employee.

The help that I received from Tim Young today was invaluable! He was so incredible in taking his time to work out all of the challenges that we had in getting into my account and to file my claim. Racharde and Deborah how do you spell were fantastic tonight. I've never been in a store and I will never go to another store again they were so helpful patient kind and helped me get both a business phone and a new personal phone wonderful customer service couldn't have asked for any better and a time where customer service is not as good as it used to be.

Jonathan Sierra is an outstanding CSR at Lutherville/Timonium store. He helped me a few years ago and solved a billing problem. I never forgot him because of his kindness, patience and willingness to help me. I came in today and was thrilled to see he still works here. He again helped me solve a problem and fend off some hackers on my phone. He provides the best and most memorable customer service of any store front in every category on the planet. I am a therapist and am sensitive to customer service and he is the absolute best!

Mallory was one of the best customer service reps I have ever worked with in any store. She was patient, courteous and kind. This was my first IPHONE and Apple Watch purchase and it went smoothly and seamlessly. The store was clean and inviting and the location was prime. The atmosphere was welcoming. I would definitely recommend this store to others, especially first time Apple users and buyers!

I have had a very positive experience at 1803 York road AT&T. I had to upgrade from 3 G phone to 4G . Kareem waited on me and he was knowledgeable, patient and very kind. He answered all my questions. After putting in the new sims card we tested everything at the store. He showed me how to manually put my contacts in the new phone. He helped me with all my concerns. I did not grow up with this technology. He restored my faith in good customer service.

Tim at the York Road location was amazing! I came in with a problem that I could not solve with my Samsung Note20 and he was able to fix my issues without hesitation. He was knowledgeable, patient and helpful. I am so lucky to have met him. He saved the day for me! I am so appreciative!

I love this store dude. I was going through a really hard time due to my mom passing and I was only in the store to cancel her line off of my account. It’s hard to explain but I felt like my mom’s line was one of the few things I had left of her. I broke down in the store and Brandon was the kindest he could be. I literally cried on this man’s shoulder and he was okay with it!! As an openly gay man I truly appreciate how comfortable brandon was being supportive. Great service 10/10! I was very happy with a very knowledgeable man (Jonathan) who solved all my problems that Mallory messed up. Mallory didn’t explain clearly and doesn’t seem to care about our concern or pricing - and just wanted to get us out the door , and left us confused and angry!!!!😡
