I absolutely love coming here when Narissa is working. Everything is put together, the vibe is right and her customer service is top notch !! Give this woman a raise and don’t over work her. Y’all lose her this store WILL NOT continue to succeed !

China, is a sales associate at this location and she did an excellent job taking the time to point out the location of the items that I needed. She also spent a good amount of time answering all questions I had about the clothing and made my first time experience there wonderful. I will be returning and hope from this review the corporation will give her an accommodation as recognition for her stellar customer service which is greatly benefiting their establishment in my opinion and observation! Thanks again China and to all the staff!

Today was our first time going into madrag and I must say it did not disappoint. The store was clean, the clothes and displays looked so cute and organized and all the sales associates were so hands on and attentive with us . Nokoya and nerissa had the best attitudes I seen anyone have working at a clothing store . It was four of us altogether shopping for my moms birthday. They helped us all find outfits and shoes . Their hospitality was so lovely and unmatch . 2 beautiful women with beautiful energy. I love how they didn’t get frustrated and kept they same great attitude with every customer! Definitely will be back again

Clean well kept store with lots of clothing options for all ages and sizes. Very reasonably priced with awesome sales. Ari assisted me in choosing outfits and she was fabulous. Highly recommend.

Just left MadRag on Wesley Chapel picking up a last minute fit, I was greeted immediately, the crew was welcoming, Store Clean & the Manager Narissa was working! Will revisit 💗

I Love the Decatur location. The store was neat and clean, and the staff was pretty friendly.

The store was refreshing from what we typically see at Rainbows etc but it felt cluttered and it doesn't have a misses , juniors , or plus size sign so you have to just dive in .

I'm giving them 3 stars because the clothes are very over price the 10 dollar store right act the street very good selection and everything 10 I can let shop there again unless y'all lower y'all prices some

The clothes are nice but not for everyone.

The dressing is never open when I go.

I purchased a pair of jean shorts thought I was get a deal because they had been marked down to 12 half the price of what they cost got home discovered they was too big I needed a smaller size and that the zipper was broke I went to another madrag store that was closer to me to return shorts I find out that all clearance items are final never was told this by iashia the person that rung me up at the Wesley chapel Rd store they have lost me as a customer. To lose one customer is to many don’t treat me like I’m not valued I wish I could give zero star
