Love it, nice workers and nice finds. Everyone is always helpful and friendly. The store is usually very neat and organized when I go.

Customer service was top notch. Returns were easy. The cashier told me I had enough points to almost cover the socks I bought

Store was clean and well organized. Lady handling the fitting rooms, I truly wish I'd gotten her name - short, possibly black - was friendly and courteous. If she sees the comments, ask her what I had my son do after he tried on clothes. If she answers "put then back" you have your woman. 😉

Very nice store to shop in. Very clean, neat, and organize. You're able to find everything you are looking for. Also, very good selection of clearance items at a great price. Checkout is good, the lines move pretty fast.

I simply love Old Navy, and I love it even more as a stand alone store. The space is laid out really well so you can casually browse, and I've always been able to find what's going to work for me with ease. I think shopping should be stress free and fun, and sometimes stores like this can feel overwhelming, but they really nailed the layout here. This store also always has plenty of inventory, so I can easily find what I'm looking for in my size, even though I'm very average and frequently can never find my size at other stores because it's the first to sell out. This is my favorite location, and I'll continue to come back and blow all my money here 😊

This Old Navy store has a wide selection of merchandise. One male employee was very helpful. He offered to get me basket. I declined. So he asked me if he could help me with anything else. I asked him to watch my merchandise while I ran to the Lou. I was so appreciative. I always find such great deals and didn't want to lose them.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions there are only a limited amount of people allowed in to shop. The best alternative is curbside pickup. Very quick and safe. Just order your items online, no wait ready in 2 hours for pick up. Convenient.

I'm 55 and I am not embarrassed to shop here. I got 2 pairs of khaki shorts and four polo style shirts this last time, all on sale and very affordable and the styles and materials are good quality. I notice my Old Navy polos hold up well and are among my very favorite, even among some shirts that cost three or four times as much.

Me and my daughter were able to get nice masks. Great quality! Only thing is it does t have that piece in it so you can pinch it to your nose!🤔

Staff are always helpful, even though most of the time I am here with online returns. Really shows in their training and customer service. Keep it up!

My 'go to' Old Navy/clothing store when I'm in town. The staff is friendly and the store is usually clean. Obviously the products are really good too.
