I got the chicken and shrimp special 2 catfish, 10pc shrimp, two rolls and fries with a side of peach cobbler.. Shockingly it wasn't very packed today so ordering and getting my food was a breeze. No heavy traffic out front hanging around making u feel weird.. The Catfish was real good.. And for those who have EBT u can use it there to buy something to eat. If u haven't tried this place out yet u gotta give it at least one shot. U won't be disappointed.

This place has changed since two years ago. Everything is individually priced now. Certain sides are not covered by EBT. But it is still awesome and delicious. One of my thighs were burned 😣

Update: do not waste your time buying the peach cobbler. Completely trash. Taste like a white women made it. Soggy and the crust is doughy. 😂 My pregnant self was craving something sweet and I didn't want my money to go to waste. Make sure you look at my recent pictures of their items that are cover by EBT and not cover before ordering their individual items because they do not sell combos or plates, none of that. It's not even package together. The wait time is almost an hour or so depending on the time you go there. Do NOT ORDER THE PEACH COBBLER, PLEASE *

The food is so good here - catfish, fried chicken, banana pudding.
Also the staff is really friendly and caring. Since they've gotten security guards things seem to run smoother, too

I found out I'm not supposed to wear Ariat Cowboy 🤠 boots because if you wear western wear your a sell out or your a uncle Tom because Black people are only allowed to wear Air Jordan or Nike sneakers. I will remember not to wear clothes that I paid for that the people standing outside of you buy we fry don't think is suitable for a Black guy to wear. Check with the store employees to make sure you are in compliance with the dress code because you aren't a real Black person if you don't dress how the people in the surrounding area feel you should dress, and don't criticize the homeless drug addicts , standing outside or hanging out around the gambling machines at the entrance. The chicken is good here and so is the fried fish 🐠.

Fresh fish my first time coming here the fish was so good and delicious I got to come back me and hubby I gave it 20 Stars

Came here when we first moved here to vegas from California. And we loved the food. So we decided to come back. Yeah it's crowded and alot of black people hanging out but so what its a black neighborhood. As long as you be respectable and not look for trouble, you'll be fine. I never once felt uncomfortable here. The food took a little long but hell it was in the beginning of the month. So it was fine for us. The food prices are great. You buy it they fry it. Lots of selections. Will definitely be back here.

I ordered the 3pc cat with some fried pickles, it was absolutely delicious! The young lady who served me “Monica” ( per the recite says ) was super sweet & helpful! I’ll definitely be going back soon!

Carne Asada breakfast burrito is awesome among their many menu items everything is good and decently priced...🔥+ Now they have chicken and waffles which is some of the best I've ever had you pick your piece I chose the breast and it was juicy & added a wing and the waffle itself is so good you could eat it without syrup the eggs are ok just use plenty of 🧂 and pepper....njoy

I LOVE fresh food the fresh chicken is laid out like a grocery store and they fry it fresh 20 min wait for our order which is music to my ears.

Me and my girl had the 10 piece fried chicken and she got 10 piece hot wings and both were some of the best wings intown.

This location is GOLden

Just watch out for the bad area stuff and go during daylight lunch time.

I’ve been coming to this place for 5 yrs now and the food is always good. Especially their Shrimp, fish and Chicken. Always fresh and delicious and the price is worth it all. Keep up the good work 👍👍And also makes me cry, because it reminds of being home in Louisiana. The good food, friendly Staff and the delicious Potato salad.♥♥♥♥♥♥🥰😍

They fry your food right in front of you so it's the freshest fried chicken you'll every have! They have so many flavors to choose from to season your chicken in as well as different verity of sauces. The wait is a little long especially at the beginning of the month but it is worth the wait!

Some of my answers where accidentally pushed for market fact of the mater they got fish,shrimp and chicken you could buy with your EBT food stamp card food is okay not bad but don't eat cold or warmed up

It's just awesome to have a place like this. Everyone just needs to stand back look at your "bigger picture" and be grateful and thankful for what we get and have on this earth. There are more blessings in front of us than we think. May our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ continue to bless this market and those who enter it. I just moved to Vegas and this was the first place I was brought to. Like any other place, there are good days and bad days. I just happened to be there on one of the good days. An experience well enjoyed. Don't knock it before you try it.

Just read some reviews and was outraged. I been going to this establishment for over a yr. Never once was it hood nor ghetto never once was there bumbs laying outside. This are respective ppl who serve very picky over demanding individuals with outstanding customer service. I commend these ppl for everything they have to deal with on the hour basis. Now the food, get prices, well seasoned if u go in there is a wait because of all the service the get so if your in a rush call ahead. I have ordered everything from the shrimp basket to the banana pudding and it is never out of line. There is only one other place I would recommend and that's Mario's.

The Fried Catfish is Delicious!! Now WTBS, they have a little system where you order in the front of the store then go to the back and pay then go outside to wait for your food to be cooked and presented at a walk-up window outside. I don't have a problem with this system but I do have an issue with the people who wait outside are not wearing masks but are all over the place. They come close to your car talking to each other all the while not caring anything about Covid-19!! I know the establishment isn't responsible for what happens outside but it would be great if every once in a while someone would announce that if they're waiting on their food from there, that they would keep social distance guidelines in mind and stay 6 ft apart and away from people's car without wearing a mask. I dont want to take away from the Happiness that is just about everything I have eaten there but I had to mention the whole situation....

I have been looking for a place to get some really good fish and chicken and i was floored when i ate at You Buy We Fry/ Mr. Chicken And Fish. Popeyes. KFC, and Church's dont even stand close to this restaurant This is the best chicken and fish in Las Vegas and when you taste it, you will see why!!! If you want food that is hot and delicious, it is worth the wait. I had 3 wings and one breast and was in heaven and fries will make you lick your fingers it is so fresh. And the Black woman on cashier is the BomB. Her customer service is always excellent and she knows how to run that kitchen. It should be a crime for food to this DAME GOOD!!!!!
