I love this store. Cool t-shirts and all kinds of interesting stuff to look thru. 5 stars.

I come to this Spencer's pretty often and I gotta say it's one of the best I've been too. The workers are great and have great customer service, better than what I've seen and experienced in other places. I highly recommend coming to this Spencer's rather than the one at Park place mall. The Tucson mall Spencer's just looks and feels more organized and professional. Overall the workers make my experience at this Spencer's amazing, they work hard and still manage to help out me and other customers regardless of the task they're working on.

It's a great little shop to stop by. A lot of cool things like cookie car air fresheners and suggestive plushies.
Don't bring your kids if you want to go to the back of the store.

I’m a pretty shy person but had an amazing experience at the Spencer’s Tucson Mall location! I interacted with one of the girls (pink hair, a ton of beautiful tattoos!) and she made my shopping experience feel natural, easy and without judgment! She helped me to find exactly what I was looking for and made sure to answer all of my questions. She was so awesome! I will definitely be back.

This is the best Spencer’s location I’ve been in. The staff is all really friendly and helpful! They helped me find what I was looking for, made suggestions, & answered my questions. They rang me up quickly. Everyone was so nice I will definitely be back.

This spot never gets old great stuff for good and hers. Shirts always have update rappers and Singers. Pokemon great and nice ear rings. Plus the toys are quite pleasant.

I love this store and so do my kids. We were there today and I wanted to give recognition to a store associate that made this visit well worth the trip amd the time there. I don't have his name but he spent some time chatting with my nephew who isn't a very social person but this guy took the time to ask him and assist him with certain merchandise he was looking for. They shared stories of the stuff they were looking for and since they both knew it they related to one another. Thanks to this great young man. All guest service should be a bit like this. And to the manager who was eyeballing the whole time don't blame the employee if we took too much time with him. Don't reprimand him for that. He was just great.

Takes me back to the 90's lol. Seriously tho, still a great store with lots of interesting and entertaining items.

What's not to love about Spencer's? They even have plus sized lingerie, so extra points for Spencer's!

I was a little embarrassed though on that particular night, which happened to be my birthday. I was wanting some lacy sweet nothings, but it was up high, I needed someone with the hook. It was only guys working, and I needed a bigger size than the size he got down at 1st. I want to be sure and make it clear though, It was totally MY embarrassment, and MY hang up, the guys were totally cool and NOT being inapropriate IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM! In this current social climate, I feel the need to really make sure it is known that this was purely my introvert, socially anxious self causing my own discomfort! They were NOT trying to or doing anything to make me feel awkward on purpose! Actually they were very nice, courteous, friendly, professional, and helpful!
I was always a skinny girl and after having a baby I'm bigger and not use to being this size. I did NOT want to ask for the bigger sizes! Totally my hang up! Actually, that was the 1st time I've never seen at least one girl working, maybe even for this reason itself.

Anyhow, Spencer's is just as awesome as it was when I started going in there 22 years ago. A lot of stores have come and gone in that mall, but there is a reason they've stood the test of time: they rock! Their merchandise rocks! Their employees rock, too!

Feels like a teens favorite punk aesthetic clothing and trinkets store. Staff were helpful and friendly. Was crowed but that's to be expected on a Saturday morning.

This place is awesome! If your in the market for any kind of off the wall, alternative lifestyle item or random silly gifts for someone that you know, this is the place for you 😝 I've bought lava lamps here, novelty items and gag gifts and I never seem to not be amazed by the items I've seen for sale at the Hot Topic!

On black Friday they had $5 on their t-shirts and their jewelry was buy one get one free. I saw the jewelry and I had to get some because it was only $15 for two. I got two naval piercings(belly rings for those who don't know) I love them. I even got a stamp card to get more jewelry!

Tons of cool merchandise, and just a fun lively vibe throughout the whole store; the employees too. Definitely makes me never want to leave

They have a lot of great stuff for kids and young adults. They do have an adult toy and costume section in the back that would not be appropriate for young kids.

They have some really great T-shirts! I'm too shy to wear them in public but still.

One of the few good things that's kept most of its charm. Always good for a gag gift, alternative jewelry, tons of accessories. If you know, ya know! Ya know?
