I would like to say my experience today was AMAZING! AJ went above and beyond to help me with my purchase. He was very patient and reassured me he had no issue with rescanning my items because for some odd reason my digital coupons were not coming off my purchase even though they were loaded on my account. We had to cancel the purchase like 3 times and ring the items up again. My coupns finally started working and AJ made sure of it. To have someone actually care and do their job in the most calm and professional manner is great because you hardly see that. CVS did a great job in making him a shift manager (read his tag). I want to say Thanks again because that was a great example of customer service.

Have always had great experiences with the pharmacy here. They are super professional and have gone out of their way to make sure I get what I need, whether it be a vaccine or a prescription. They are extremely busy, but do their best to get things done in a timely manner. The head pharmacist is great and has a lot of expertise. He takes the time to answer all of my questions and make sure I understand my meds. The tech staff is also fast and efficient. Yes, you may be put on hold for a few minutes and you may have to wait a little while for a prescription, but it's because of a shortage of healthcare workers, not because they are being lazy. For a busy pharmacy in the middle of Tucson, they are very efficient and work hard to meet their customers' needs.

I now only ever go to CVS for everything. They have a wide variety of products, more than Walgreens. Love the coupons and rewards 💜

Came in Thursday October 6th & went to the Pharmacy. My daughters & I were able to get our Flu shots here. The staff & the Male pharmacist working this day, at around 130pm were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP! & FOR BEING SO AWESOME & KIND! ALL OF YOU @ THE CVS PHARMACY! 💪💪👍🙌

I usually go to the CVS on Alvernon but I had a whirlwind of a morning and ended up on the wrong side of the tracks. I found this family run store near Wetmore and they took me in. Store Manager Blaine was remarkably kind, and he gave me a tour of the various aisles during my unexpected visit. He's warm gentleman. We must have chatted for 40 minutes before I had to get on with my day. They have unbelievable prices, even better than Walgreens and that's saying a lot because I was a former supporter of them before things turned sour. Blaine's assistant Annie was very welcoming as well and she helped me find the right chewable fiber pills from their wide selection of medical products. I often forget this is primarily a pharmaceutical company because you wouldn't know it when you walk in. I felt like a kid in a candy store quite frankly. But that's just because a lot of the snacks are no good for me anymore. They also have a lot of toys and knick knocks for some reason and this could be due to the fact that kids often come here after school to unwind. But that's a little off topic and I just wanted to write a brief review of how kind and inviting this store was to me and that if I ever get dragged to the west side (kicking and screaming mind you!) then I'll be sure to visit the kind folks at this store again.

While I was shopping, it seemed that every item I needed was behind lock and key. Trevor, who I single-handedly interrupted at least a half-dozen times couldn't have been any kinder,respectful, and patient. He went out of his way to find products that offered coupons and discounts. He was occupied when I was ready to check out so Hilary took care of checking me out. Hilary did not know about what Trevor had offered to save me money. They stopped what they were doing and they BOTH worked together to make sure I was checked out correctly.
Best customer service I've seen in years. They both exceeded my expectations. Like most consumers I have lowered my expectations and have become used to a much lower standard of service. It was a pleasant surprise! I hope CVS higher ups will take some time to let them know how much they are appreciated.

I personally always use the drive through.
Ever sense Walgreens had to transfer a script here, I use them as my preferred pharmacist.
The lady that greets you always very nice. She makes sure that if aren’t familiar with our script. She will call the pharmacist right over to fill you in. Plus it’s always be under 5 mins unless people are in line it’s been about 10-15min top wait for me

Large store for sure and was able to transfer my medication all the way from the east coast and use my insurance excellent customer service!

Don't Know bout everyone else's experience here but this is the best CVS in Tucson for me now and I search all of Tucson by bus for a good CVS. The employees are super nice and helping, including AJ and even the pharma people . The deals are like nothing I've seen as well, except for makeup isle- that department was slacking in the deals. Other then that really positive experience here

My 92 year old grandma gets all her prescriptions filled here. She & I are always taken care of with respect & a smile. They are always a step ahead with refills thru the automated service which means we don't need to keep track of the dates. We really can't say enough about how happy we are w/ our CVS Pharmacy team. 😁👍

Pharmacy technicians are very friendly and helpful through the drive thru. Always easy to pick up scripts and never to long of a wait even when the line is long.

For the past few years I have had great service from those in the pharmacy with the variety of medications needed before and after surgeries. Each person has provided the information I needed with any of the changes.

Hire more people like Trevor, who helped me this morning.

Always fast friendly service, all the employees are all very knowledgeable about all and any items I have inquired about.

Great service and kind people every time I go. Clinic staff is very friendly and knowledgeable!!
