AT&T Store

First of all I meant to press 5 for the first question. I was very satisfied with the customer service that I received at the AT&T store. I don’t recall the gentleman’s name that help me, but he was very friendly and very helpful.

Sometimes it’s packed I would recommend making an appointment! They’re friendly and try their best to get customers the best plans. Thanks guys!

My boyfriend and I went in just to look at prices for getting a new line together and seeing if we were even able to get on one together. This was the smoothest experience i’ve ever had with getting a new phone. The gentleman that helped us was very knowledgeable and made the process quick and easy. Thanks AT&T!

Sometimes you can get someone that knows phones and how to operate them. Other times I wonder if some of them ever used a phone. The first time I went into the store, it was obvious the store rep did not want to do any work. He was no help, gave no suggestions really. The next day I went back in and another store rep, Lori, helped me. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond assisting me. She was definitely the best customer service rep I've ever had anywhere! They need more people like her. She was the best!

Hello it took 30+ minutes for a representative to assist me. And then after being assisted it took hours for my new phone and my old phone to sync I got there at 10:30 AM and didn't leave until 2:45 PM the only reason I am saying that I am neutral in my satisfaction is because of how pleasant the staff was I also had my four-month-old son my three-year-old son and my seven-year-old daughter with me. And the staff did wonderful with how inpatient my children were

Every time I come in this store, I’m somehow always helped by the same sales rep named Jacob. He is SUPER helpful & makes it a point to ask how my day is going!

Phi was amazing. He got me more for my money and a beautiful new gold pro max! Christian the manager was amazing he helped me transfer some of my stuff made using my new phone so simple. I choose this store over my local store just because of the service and great experiences I always get here! Thanks Phi! Thanks Christian!

Salesman is professional, courteous, and friendly. He was patient with us and our questions and concerns and explained each part of our bill as well as the changes to our plan we chose, including the new phones we purchased. Jacob was honest about the prices and didn’t try to sell us on features and accessories we didn’t want or need. I will drive an hour just to business with him again. 10/10 would recommend a promotion.

Our salesman, Jacob, is professional, courteous, and friendly. He was patient with us and our questions and concerns were explained in a manner we understood including each part of our bill as well as the changes to our plan we chose, and the new phones we purchased. He was honest about the prices.He tried to upsell us on features and accessories but he understood what we could only afford. I will drive an hour just to do business with him again. I will definitely recommend him to my relatives and friends. 10/10 would recommend a promotion.

The sales associate Lori was very helpful she answered all my questions and insured that I received the best possible deal. I am very happy with the service I received at this location. If you ever need help or interested in getting a new phone rest assured you are in good hands at the store.

The manager help us a lot unlocking the phone that we want so hopefully when we come back they could help us again . Very nice experience with you guys thanks for helping appreciate it.

The customer service was excellent and I wanted to recognize Eric for his great customer service and taking the time to explain all of the options to us for our plan and phones. He was awesome And all of the staff were great. Thanks to Lori too. They were friendly and courteous and everyone had masks, were social distancing and there was sanitizer available for use. I will go back to this store and recommend it to others.

Although we waited awhile, we did receive great service from Pete. We were having trouble with it and he gave us a new Sims card as the old one had malware on it. Thanks for great service!

Lori is awesome! She has been helping me for more than four years. She is patient and kind and always addresses any concerns that may arise. I find the new technology confusing at times. She explains everything and shows me the newest devices. Thank you Lori for all your help!

Priscilla was great!!! She helped me get my new service and phone all set up. She was very polite and professional. High recommend going in and see her for all your cell phone needs.

Our experience was outstanding. The young man that helped us had answers for all of our questions. He moved things along quickly but making sure we understood all our new devices. It was a enlightening experience.
