Hands down... best experience I've ever had at an AT$T store!! Kate walked us through all the latest promotions and the best deals, all while working within our budget. She talked us through many scenarios to help keep our bill affordable but also getting us amazing upgrades. We walked in there mainly to get my son a new phone for Christmas but ended up walking out as well with a phone I've wanted for quite some time. She was very knowledgeable on all the products!! She was personable, very professional, and made us feel like we weren't just someone that would help her make a sale!! She treated us like we were friends!! Ethan was also such a big help!! With being a Samsung user he knew exactly how to answer any of my questions. I especially loved how honest they were about our bill and what to expect. It's so nice but rare to find such good customer service!!

I had a wonderful experience with Kate and Ethan. Ethan greeted us and Kate helped add my mother to my phone plan. She was personable, helpful and very positive and knowledgeable. Thank you for your kindness and help. Go see them!!

Went in to get my husband a new iPhone & myself a new iPad. Kate was very helpful & knowledgeable with all our questions. She swapped all his contacts & pictures from his old Android to his new iPhone 13. He’s a happy man! Kate ordered me a new iPad 9th Generation. When it came in I brought it into this store where she swapped over my contacts & pictures. We were very pleased with her patience & pleasant attitude!

Retail sales manger Christian Hines is amazing!! Went in today to get a few issues resolved and she got it ALL taken care of in a timely manner. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

My sales person Christian was very professional yet worked with a pleasant smile while remaining focused and explaining every step to me while retrieving information from the phone i had lost. She also recommended a pelican dry pouch which i love. I will definitely go back to Christian at the Daphne Al. store for any future electronic needs🙂

I absolutely love going to the AT&T store in Daphne off of HWY 98! Christian is positively the best in every way!! She is kind, patient, and very intelligent!!!

Two weeks ago, I would have given this store zero stars. Our bill was completely outrageous, after making a recent upgrade. I went in today, for the third time, to speak with employee that made unnecessary changes to our account. He is no longer with them. (I can see why.) Thanks to Andre, the interim manager, who listened, reviewed our bill, and took the time to fix it properly. My faith was restored. Thanks again Andre, for being very professional and taking the time to help.

Rich Daniels was the best! He took care of our phone line issue that took forever, but was the greatest company and extremely knowledgeable. I highly suggest visiting this store to see him!
