The store’s very nice-looking and has a good environment. When I came to Marshall’s a little after noon on 2/25, the customer service was amazing. The generous lady at checkout was so incredibly friendly—I wish I got her name but she’s African American and is like average height. She helped me with my return, made the process very easy, and was so sweet about it. Even though I was missing some things and didn’t know how it worked, she was very patient and genuine with me. I’m grateful for her and she made my experience at Marshall’s that much better. There was also a nice lady that was in at the same time with red dyed hair. She was very nice, too.

Great selection and, of course, great prices. Clean friendly and lots of parking.

I’m very please with this store , It’s the only store i. town that i’ve been able to walk in to shop and go straight to a register and check out without a wait , the sales lady’s are very nice and helpful and the manager Karla makes shopping in hemet worth wild.

This store is very well layed out. Super clean and organized. Depts clearly identifiable by hanging signs above each one. Spacey and easy to move around without bumping into other shoppers. The Dressing rooms are outstanding. Big rooms with hooks identifying “keep” , “think about “ put back. Huge sitting area ad large mirror in a brightly lit space. The Rest Room was safety first as everything works without touching including soap and powerful hand dryer. The only con would be more than one dryer would help. As far as products they have everything and I love the quality they carry consistently in every Dept. Finally you can’t beat the pricing. I’m a fan for life!

It's always a great experience going there for shopping. The prices are great and the employees are very, very helpful. It's always nice to see Diana C, one of the staff member. She has a very polite kind to help you finding the right thing or size with always a nice word for you. That's extraordinary professional. Thank you Diana!

The staff was friendly. They were all wearing their masks and someone was always at the door sanitizing the carts making sure none were missed. Even though it was a little crowded, it was very well organized. No complaints from me at all with this store.

Fantastic! Just fantastic! No other way to say! Service is attentive and appropriately adherent towards helping the customer! Find something you like, they have well beyond sufficient supply to discover the right size to fit you! There's more than apparel and such additions never are to disappoint!

I felt like a celebrity when I walked in.. the greeters are awesome. The carts were cleaned and the prices were reasonable. Maria O my cashier kept her station clean and provided great customer service Carol was helpful and happy to assist me...

Greeters were friendly upon entering the store. Lots of stock to choose from. Our cashier was quite vigilant in checking our purchase of shoes for the sizes- one pair had 2 different sizes in the box. So grateful for her vigilance! She was generally pleasant as well.

This place definitely hits all marks when it comes to the friendliness of the staff. They are very quick to make it a great day. It's hard to believe that this isn't a large Department Store as it's so clean and the merchandise is so well organized. It's great to go to a place where once you arrive home, you immediately want to come back and shop some more. There aren't many places where one can find genuine customer service and a staff that seem to really enjoy the company they work for.

Marshall's is AMAZING!

A big store full of deals, clothes and kitchen accessories. There is so many clothes! The store is a little older and slightly wore so however the staff is helpful and friendly! You can always find a deal on shoes, hair products and more. Lots of free parking for this and other stores. The store has bathrooms and dressing rooms.

I shop at this store at least 5 days a week. The employees have recently rearranged a lot of things and I think it all looks really great now. Some of the most helpful ones are Karla, Sophia, Tracy, Diana, and a few other employees. I’m not sure of their names. :)

They have great deals.. Bought a pair of white jeans & two beautiful sweaters for under $25. I have two more gift cards that I can't wait to use.

I love and hate this store all in 1....I love I can get Clinique, 2 faced, Anastasia, bareminerals and so on here 4 really beyond great prices!!!!! But I hate ppl open make up the rub there fingers on it and I have crazy delicate sensitive skin and I'll non stop break out

I always go to Marshalls for mugs, stationery supplies, and giant, reusable bags. If you're looking for shopping bags, they sell giant ones for $1. They're always bringing in new and beautiful designs. Same goes for their mugs, decor, snacks, and more. I definitely recommend having a look around.

Good service, clean store, well stocked, and best of all service with a smile. That seems to be hard to find these days.

Came in for clothes for 8 yr old granddaughter.. Easy store to shop.. Got what she needed and prices were fair.

A great cross between a Home Goods and Marshall's. I enjoy shopping for the unique items, dreat discounted prices, and wonderful name brand selection.

I love we have a marshalls in Hemet. They have lots of womsns things... household...and pet beds toys etc...some for men and kids If you see it, buy it... the inventory changes every day..
