There customer service is amazing.

quiet, but crazy at nite between 12Am to 5AM

I do like 7-11, mostly for the fountain drinks they offer, even though sometimes, they run out of my personal Fave's.. & bc they only schedule minimal skeleton crews..? .. it seems the fountain doesn't get refilled on any 'regular' schedule so, don't lose yo cool bc a'dat! 😧 😬 🤯 Shhh.., it happens! 😏 Just find another fave, temporarily homie! F'shó!

A-hole at the counter was too busy flirting with young girl at the register to hand me my DoorDash order. He thought it would be okay to show off and throw it on the counter. Super rude

We had a service dog with us, the employees followed us around the store giving us attitude and looking at us with disgust the entire time we were there, we eventually just had to put the dog back in the car while we checked out because they would not leave us alone. Horrible service, disgusting attitudes, never coming back to this place.

Treated like a criminal. The counter guy at 6:15 am was rude and disgruntled. Go work somewhere else! Be thankful you have a job. His earrings were ridiculous too btw.

They had no fresh coffee. I wanted 2 XL coffees and they didn't have enough for 2. I still got charged for the 2nd one even though it had very little.

The guy working tonight was rude I had gotten a fountain drink and was kinda in. A rush so I just grabbed my straw paid and walked out the door
Got to my car and realized it was flat walk in a minute later and the guy wants to sit there and argue with me about pouring it out and just getting a different fountain drink at first I was surprisingly confused like dude I was just in here then after a minute or two of him arguing with Me about him having to charge me for another drink if I do he finally lets me

Maybe the workers should be a little more up on their game and you wouldn't have these issues

Workers like this are a good way to keep your locals away

there's a burger king and two other gas stations right across the street as well as a grocery store a block away

There is absolutely no reason why I would ever choose to go back

I got an issue with this 7-Eleven, recently I lost my phone in the parking lot and of course track it back to the store from which I came from, I ask the clerk at the counter if he had seen a missing phone, he had to me no. I had my suspicion, I noticed when I would ping my phone to make a noise to located it. It would always said someone would turn assuming the phone was found, the clerk noticed that was in the parking lot for a good 10 minutes notice I wasn't leaving when he had a customer come out and tell me that he had found a phone, I just don't understand why he could have been honest with me the first time like he wanted to keep it, nowadays you can't really do much with a stolen phone but it's the honestly and principle that counts.
