Rite Aid

The place is clean and I find the services fine. The staff is friendly and extremely competent.Notificains concerning medications are prompt and accurate. Additionally they provide any immunization you may need.Getting my immunization here at Rite Aid is much more convenient than at my Doctor's office. The person who wrote the review stating the place should be torn down is foolish and or ignorant in my opinion.

I was looking for a particular Robitussin cough syrup for my wife. A women associate lead me to the right aisle. When I didn't know the different between some of the Robitussin a male Pharmacist help me find the right one. Then when I went to check out another lady women associate was really nice and patience with even when my debit card came up declined three times. called the wife found out the card was on lock mode lol. All three associates over all were amazing and very helpful. Customer service like that has become very rare. Because of how clean, organize and, amazing customer service I would love to have Rite Aid in my city of Columbus, Oh

They are always friendly and I never have a problem getting my medicine and they always have it done and ordered

I go here often and I just went to get my medicine and I would’ve had to pay about $120 and the pharmacist gave me an rx code and i paid 31. Thank you !

Prices used to be much better but isn't that true for places nowadays?
There isn't any "discounted" product isle.
Aside from the things Rite Aid cannot control such as the economy for the most helpful and friendly, the pharmacy area is a tad⁹ understaffed, and some meds are out of stock. all in all I personally prefer Rite Aid stores and pharmacies much more than I like the other "popular" stores.

They don't always fill your scripts on time and I couldn't keep waiting 30 days for them to fill my scripts. However, they do have nice sales on school stuff, office stuff, etc. throughout the year. I have noticed their inventory expanded and they're now carrying stuff that they haven't carried before like Mod Podge, etc.

Rite aid is a liked place to shop if that make sense
