Guitar Center

It was one of the best guitar centers I've ever visited. They have everything music related and you can try out most instruments. They have some great prices on guitars. They have a wide selection of the world's top guitar brands. An acoustic guitar room to really hear the acoustic guitars tone and how it resonates. I sometimes visit just to browse around and find something I didn't even know I needed. The employees are helpful and knowledgeable. They offer lessons for many instruments. Just check to see what they offer exactly because I didn't get a list of lessons. They are not Pushy Sales people. They let you make your own choice and don't mind taking time to show you guitar after guitar. It's a big decision. I do not want to feel bad for not buying immediately upon testing. Back in the day, the staff in some guitar centers just assumed you didn't have money or you weren't going to buy anything. So they would huff when you asked to view or try a guitar out. Never judge a book by its cover is a true statement.
Anyways, this is a great store that's not too busy, and the staff has plenty of patience and time to help YOU find what you're looking for.

Guitar Center, Naples repair technician Bobby P is awesome. Bobby expertly transformed my Taylor 410 guitar into an acoustic guitar and superbly cleaned, refretted, and refinished my 50 year old Ome banjo so that it looks like new. Talent like Booby’s is rare!

Bobby is an amazingly talented service tech who brings years of experience and honest joy to his craftsmanship. You can entrust your favorite instrument to him and rest assured that it is in capable, loving hands.

Went into the guitar center this evening with the odd question.... The manager can't remember his name. .. "Toyed" with me .... On a connector that they did not have in the store.... But he had an old one and his junk drawer at home... So I asked him. I'll buy it from you. I live a block I can come by and pick it up monday.( But that would be customer service) he just kind of smirked and walked away.. He would get a one star.... On the other hand Harley good Looking young man had my back. He Checked in a couple places. Then got on his phone and found me what I needed off the Amazon. Think about That... Do managers know anything???

I love when I buy something and I have a salesperson who is GREAT!! Douglas Sadler gave me a WOW experience!!! Answering every question… listening and ultimately recommending exactly what I needed. Here’s the kicker, when I was having a issue getting it to work at home Douglas walked me through it every step of the way. I am a manager of a large store, so I know great sales people and Douglas is at the top of my list as being one of the best if not being the BEST!! Guitar Center you should be proud of having in my opinion one of the best employees out there!! Thank you Doulas for a GREAT EXPERIENCE!!

Ordered a guitar from this location, showed up well packed and as described. Staff was very helpful and friendly, even included a 24/mo repair plan included in the price.

We got lucky when we got the help from Mr Johnny the store manager, he was very cool but carried it with professionalism, giving us the ease of trusting him right away, we were able to purchase from the start to finish, electric guitar, the amp, the guitar stand, and the headphone. Thank you for having him on the team.

This is such a beautiful store! So much bigger than the Ft. Myers store, same great customer service at least in my experience. It’s a new store and relatively busy, but everyone’s been super helpful the few times I’ve gone in. Harleys been my go to for guitars and amps and I can’t thank him enough!!

I recently had my Telecaster worked on at this GC by guitar tech Bobby P, and I couldn't be happier with the results. One of the major issues I was facing was fret sprout, which was affecting the playability, and ripping up my hand. Bobby skillfully addressed this problem and made the neck incredibly smooth and fast to play. The transformation is remarkable - the fret sprout is gone, and the playability is off the charts. Bobby's attention to detail and expertise shine through in his work. He also did a well needed setup. You don’t need a Plek when you have Bobby P. I highly recommend his services to anyone looking to enhance their guitar's performance.

Had a great experience with Mr. Brian! He was so patient, knowledgeable and absolutely fantastic in helping my family with different options for my son. A big improvement over the GC in Fort Myers. The acoustic guitars were setup nicely and was nice and clean room. I enjoyed it.

Store had great friendly service, the guitar tech Bobby P, was awesome, he helped me with an issue, explained everything that was gonna get done and answered questions. When I picked up my guitar and brought it home, it felt and played great, thank you!

My EBMM JP6 guitar needed a switch (3 way) repair and a standard set-up. Mr. Bobby Proietto, the guitar tech, did a marvelous job taking care of my guitar. He fully restored it to its original state. The tedious custom switch repair, intonation, action, set-up, and tremolo adjustment he did were phenomenal. I was extremely happy with the outcome. The playability and tone was just as fluid as it was when I first purchased my axe 20 years ago from Ernie Ball/Music Man. If you are in the Naples, FL area and in need of precise/quality work for your guitar, please take it to him. You will not regret it! Thanks Bobby.

Second time here. Doug helped me this time as well as last time. Super helpful and friendly without any pressure to purchase. Overall great experience. All though this store isn’t close to me logistically, they’ve always been great

Went in the other day to ask a few questions and was completely blown away by Harleys attention to detail and ability to help me with everything I needed with my Banjo. He was an amazing help and couldnt be happier with my experience. Two other employees helped me last time I was there, and while i dont remember their names i was completely happy with them as well. Will continue to shop here.

This place was great, I came here on saturday looking for a simple starting guitar. I was blown away by the employee helping me, he was understanding, and really helpful. I didn't get his name, but he made my experience so much better.
I ended up getting an Epiphone starting pack, and I couldn't be happier. This place is great for anyone looking for a nice place to get instruments, accessories, or even just a nice place to be with people who share similar hobbies.

I have had 3 guitars serviced at this facility by Bobby in repairs. He rates A+ for his work, knowledge, skills and attitude. I highly recommend him.

I had a Fender acoustic that had playability issues. He tuned it and made it easier to play (with heavier gauge strings no less.)

My Fender Strat had a fretboard that was pretty rough and in need of a good cleaning. In addition, the guitar was flat from the 9th fret up. Bobby adjusted the bridge, cleaned and oiled the neck and tweaked the action. It now plays and sounds fantastic.

My other guitar is a jazz Bradley that I play blues on. Bobby listened and adjusted the guitar to accommodate my music.

I think we are fortunate that this new facility opened in Naples and has such a talented individual available to us for fine tuning and repairing guitars.

The rest of the store is pretty impressive. I haven’t been in the market for new gear but would definitely shop it. They had a good selection of acoustic and electric guitars when I was there as well as some nice amp set ups.

Everyone's super friendly and helpful! This location is so clean and very well organized.

Great service Bobby turned around a repair in less than two days and did a great job.
Will definitely return for my instrument repair services.
