Epic vapes is the only place I shop now. Everytime I come in Sam makes sure to take great care of me! She always tells me about the newest products and is so knowledgeable. She makes me feel like she truly cares!

I have no complaints about this store! The employees are very friendly and helpful, and transactions are pretty much lickety-split! This is my go-to place if I'm looking to upgrade or get replacement parts for my current device. 10/10, highly recommend.

I was really happy with the service I got. I had no clue what I wanted and the staff was very knowledgeable and set me up with something I love.

I have to say, this Epic Vapes is the most friendly, helpful and knowledgeable vape shop that I have ever been to. Ian is such a nice dude and I can stay and talk with the guy for hours. Travis is also a great manager that's always been really helpful when I've been in. I've never been to a shop that remembers my name and these guys remember every time. If you're looking for a vape shop with get great, high quality flavors and a super friendly staff, Epic Vapes Southwest is easily number 1. Far better than the other vape chains in town and the quality of the juice is night and day.

I've been smoking for a fairly long time and only recently have tried vaping instead. The person that helped me was very knowledgeable and so helpful. She helped me pick out a disposable that I love and if I decide to get something more long term, I'll definitely be coming back here.

Just heard about the new Epic Vapes Shop on the SW side of town so I had to stop in! As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted with "Hi welcome to Epic Vapes, how may I help you today". The way they have their juice menu set up is awesome most places have a binder or they do not have any reading material at all and your having to lean across the counter as much as possible to even see what they have but these guys take it to a whole new level...Tablets. You are able to walk up to one of their two tablets and search for a flavor by ingredients or even by brand or category. For me I'm into deserts so I can chose the deserts category and it will show me all the names of the desert flavors they carry and a brief description of that flavor, instead of flipping through a bunch of pages. Now comes the taste testing most places in town use a Kanger tank or even one of those small smok sticks and you get home and the flavor does not even taste like what you tried. Not here you can actually taste and get every note of the flavor your looking at. They have a great selection of products and Juices as well with really good prices. A lot better then the other stores. It is worth the trip of checking them out. My new favorite store in town!

Love Epic Vapes. I come in during the week and weekend, and Andrew and Ian are both great! Always quick service, and knowledgeable staff. Have and will recommend to anyone interested in vaping!

The weekend worker offered different flavors for me to try. I also enjoyed being able to taste the flavors and have the choice to pick the one I like. I may have found my favorite in the Watson rose gold! Thx so much ❤
