Travis, the store manager, is awesome to work with. He is knowledgeable, personable, and patient. We are so excited about our new furniture! Thanks for the great experience! John and Drew went above and beyond with delivery and set up! They were mindful of our hardwood floors and great to work with! They also delivered on a -2 degree day and didn’t complain at all! So appreciative of everyone we’ve worked with!!

Travis was an awesome salesperson! Very patient and worked hard to get us the right bed for a great price!! Delivery was good on time. Quick set up but left a lot of trash in my room. I am disabled and cannot carry all that out.

I am so glad I stopped in this store when I did, and met my amazing salesman named Jay! I don't give out compliments lightly, as a matter of fact, I can be overly critical, so I don't try to make anyone feel good, but this man was wonderful!

I could carry-on for a couple paragraphs about what an amazing interaction I had in meeting Jay!

He never tried to do any type of hard selling at all just soft selling because he could see I clearly wanted furniture and I actually needed it but wasn't confident enough to apply for the credit…

He asked me questions and walked me through some things, and I mean just really went and my opinion above and beyond, and as we talked the furniture we were sitting on I fell in love with it… The prettiest set in the store and my opinion lol

So long story short, I applied for the Credit got an amazing, absolutely amazing interest rate and now have a brand new top-of-the-line couch, loveseat, and oversize chair with an ottoman ...

I have never been more happy and more pleased nothing is perfect. There's a few issues, but that's with anything that you buy what really matters is the customer service that follows the purchase… And I have all the confidence in the world that Ashley is going to be as great with their customer service as they are with their sales people and with their beautiful , beautiful furniture!

I have never been so happy to be in debt, and I have to pay for Furniture overtime… I just can't say enough how wonderful I'm so glad I wandered in there unexpectedly!

And I do believe it was very reasonably priced for what I purchased and comparing it to all the goofballs on Facebook marketplace trying to sell old raggedy furniture for $500 or $1000. I mean it's like get real people you can buy a brand new couch for four or $500 who's gonna buy a used one for that price Lol

Jason was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. He’s very passionate about sleep and really wants everyone to be able to sleep better. I appreciated his approach as it wasn’t overbearing or pushy. I would recommend anyone looking for a mattress or bed to go see and talk with him!

The delivery team, Julian and Paul were great! They were courteous, respectful and helpful. I was very happy with the service provided.

Store was very clean and laid out nicely. Samantha was my sales person and she was FIRE!! She gave me space to look around but periodically followed up. She went through options with adding items as well as financing. This was over all a GREAT experience. I was in and out in an hour and got all I need except that new mattress. I’ll be back for sure!

Samantha was such a big help. She made us feel so comfortable and relaxed! We ended up going with a bedroom set and a-lot of what we picked out was recommended highly by Samantha. 100/10 experience!!!

My husband and I went in to purchase new living room furniture. Phoenix was super helpful and answered all of our questions without making us feel pressured. Audrey was absolutely phenomenal saleswoman! She was very attentive to the need and wants of our furniture selection, and helped find exactly what was needed for the room. She was very friendly and personable. I enjoyed talking with her, it was like dealing with someone I had known for years! I would highly recommend this store and her very impressed.

Phoenix was great at educating me on their different furniture sets and giving me the full price breakdowns I asked for. He was even able to get me a better price than the sale! Overall it was a fantastic experience.

Steve was amazing to work with! As first time furniture buyers, he did not rush us through the process, but encouraged us to take our time to ensure that what we ended up with would fit our space and our needs. He got us the best deal and was very thorough throughout the entire process. I can’t wait for my new couch to be delivered! I definitely recommend Ashley Furniture on Jefferson to anyone.

I worked with Jason Morgan who helped me find a couch for my living room. He was truly the ideal representative who cares about the customer and wants the customer to be happy.

When I got a couch from the store room and noticed the price was different online I contacted Jason and he was able to match the online price for me after the purchase. Jason is good at working with you to ensure your purchase is correct and many representatives would not do this for you in other companies.

Overall Jason is a great representative who is very knowledgeable and can work with you if you have a problem.

Ashley home furniture Fort Wayne west Jefferson location is a really beautiful set up store inside and the people inside are professional too and will take care of you.

We had a great experience picking out our couch with help from Samantha! Highly recommend Ashley Homestore. We went to multiple places in Fort Wayne and couldn’t find anything close and the pricing was the best around. We will be back to finish furnishing our home!

My daughter and I visited the Ashley HomeStore on Jefferson Boulevard, and we were blown away with our experience. When we walked in, we were greeted right away with a smile by Steve Reid. I explained what we were looking for, and Steve understood and showed us the section for a bedroom set. Steve was very helpful by listening, explaining and suggesting different options that were within our budget as my daughter was trying to decide what she liked. Once selected, the process to complete the order was very quick. We were provided with information and told when to expect delivery. I would recommend Ashley HomeStore for all your home needs. Give Stephanie a raise!!! The lady asked the right questions to help me figure out what it was I was wanting. I shop at Ashley’s furniture a lot. They are my go to store. First time at this store. It was the best shopping experience I’ve had at any of the Ashley. Stephanie knows her furniture. She knows how to help her customers. Friendly store all together. I check corners for cob webs as I shop. This store is clean.

Colin and Paul were very pleasant and helpful! They went the extra mile to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my furniture. Gave me tips on how to defrost my frozen mattress lol and came back later in the evening to help move it up my oddly shaped stairs!! Definitely returning for future purchases!

Was promptly greeted upon entering the store by Audrey . We had stopped by just to look at a couch I had interest in . She very knowledgeable and sat with us to help us figure out a layout that would work with the area we had . Even though this is 2 hours from our we home we would definitely return for future business.

Nice young man delivering my couch. Efficient in setting it up. One suggestion. That they wear something on their shoes. Or put a tarp or something to walk across the carpet. It was a rainy day. Other than that minor thing , they came when stated in the text and were very pleasant. Looking forward to enjoying my new couch.
