Very knowledgeable. Bought a new mod and had my own tank. He didn't have the coils but has said if I went to get one he would show me how to fill it. The kbox 120/200 was an amazing difference for taste. He let me try different mods. Which made me decide to upgrade. The juice was a noticeable difference. They have a lifetime warranty on all there products. As for whether or not I'd need to use it and how difficult it would be to use the warranty, if they honor it, I can't say. I have the receipt and box so there won't be any questions. I asked what the warranty excluded & he said if I run over it in my car bring him the pieces, if the batteries stop working bring in the batteries. This part was important since I preferred an internal battery. They are very patient while you as questions as well with trying various juices.

I have been purchasing my Vape supplies from here since December 2015, and I have never had a bad experience. Yes, it's typically an in-and-out process for me, but each employee is always super friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. I don't write many reviews but after the young lady going above and beyond for me today, I felt it necessary to let the world know how great this store is. Highly recommended.

Great staff always willing to help and educate. I purchased a Segeli 50W mod last year, the display screen stopped working. SS Vape gives a lifetime warranty on most items and the mod was covered they gave me a new mod. It was not a replacement but a new and upgraded mod!! This is what customer service should feel like. Went in as a complete newbie wanting to switch from smoking to quit nicotine eventually. Owner was extremely nice and helpful helping me pick the best vape for me. And NOT the most expensive either! Also helped with juice selection, opened up the box and showed me the parts and how they work as well as how to fill it up with juice. I highly recommend this place to newbies and experienced vapers alike!

I'm new to vaping and found this store in my area. The Owner was extremely helpful in getting me started on what to get. He was very patient and courteous to my needs and questions. He wasn't trying to just make a sale, he explained to me everything about the how's and why's of my vaping equipment and helping me find the flavors i was interested in. And he said that if I ever have any questions about my product or even have trouble filling it, to jus bring it in and he would be happy to do it for me. All of this went very far with me and he will have a customer for life. Plus i really like their vape products, they seem clean without a lot of uneeded chemicals.

This place so far has been great with customer service. I ordered my Hana v3 from them . I call they pick up and it's a human not a machine I email them first thing in the am they email me back great service.... And no I don't work for them
