The store was absolutely packed with very disgruntled patrons. The staff were so professional and efficient I was really impressed they all were working together very efficiently

Great experience I came week before Christmas and it was so crowded the line was out the door the young lady in the glasses moved the line up quickly I was out in 5 minutes! And I came back again the other day and I had no idea what I was doing but the same young lady had so much patience with me may god bless her heart

I come in here a lot. I do all of my Amazon returns here. They are helpful, efficient, polite. Have had zero issues with this location and I’ve been coming here for over three years.

It was a good experience. I was waited on right away and my gifts that I was mailing were boxed , weighed and I paid for them and was finished quickly. The man behind the counter was very nice and polite. I will go back there again when I need to mail packages again.

As of August 29th of 2018 I write this as one of the most satisfied customers to date. Due to the UPS truck losing my package during an order I've had to refund someone and I was out around 600 dollars at first, but the owners of this establishment had been with me for the entire 2 month process and had helped me get all 600 dollars back and so I can't thank them enough.

I ship regularly out of state and have never experienced anything other than professionalism and courtesy. When I first started shipping things, as a 1st timer, the associate took their time to explain things and helped me pick out the right box and way to send it. Happy to see there are still people willing to help you out.
