AT&T Store

I went in to purchase another screen protector and the man that work there AMAZING. He remembered my first and last name and got everything I needed done in less than five minutes. He even put together my new phone mount for my car and put it in. I went in to spent $8 and he told me about other items he had and I spent over $70. I love going to this new store they are very helpful. I was his first customer who bought the IPhone 15 in store and I wasn't even planning on buying a phone. He convinced me to upgrade because I was going to keep my XR into it stopped working. He(sorry I don’t know his name) know a lot about the phones. Thank you

Gotta say this is by far the best location we have been in yet, all the employees are very helpful and polite and the store manager even helps customers instead of passing them off to the other employees. They set us right on up and it didn’t take all day and night. Will be returning back to this location in the future.

The staff at this location is awesome. They are very attentive to your needs and go above and beyond. Great customer service.

I went to this store on Thursday because it doesn't have much. They opened to the public and the service was excellent and fast. Aiden was very attentive and answered all my questions. I liked it and it only took about 15 minutes. Thank you att for having people who like to do their work.this store is at flat shoals and 138at conyers thank you

Jafari was very helpful to my husband and I. His customer service was very refreshing, almost felt like we were hanging out with someone we knew. Very personable dude and he also was very informative and made sure we were taken cared of! Never have we enjoyed a trip to AT&T lol

Adria, an ATT representative did an excellent job in providing me exceptional and professional customer service. I had gone to several other stores and could have my issue resolved. I am so thankful for Adria’s knowledge of the iPhone. She deserves more than a thank you. ADRIA DESERVES A RAISE!!!

Justin made everything so easy when looking for a tablet to add to my plan. He helped pick which tablet would be best, helped with the right plan, ensured I was getting the best protection plan price for the number of lines I had and even followed up to make sure I’d received the tablet ordered. Excellent customer service, highly recommend!

Whew.....I want to start by saying that as an HR director, I'm definitely a stickler on great customer service no matter what type of establishment I go in. I'm not sure what's going on but since the pandemic I've seen an INCREASE in poor customer service. My sister and I randomly walked in this store inquiring about a phone and our plan wasn't to purchase. We were immediately greeted by Anna who actually seemed excited to be at work. After talking to her, we went ahead and purchased two phones through her. She was super sweet, thorough in explaining everything and got us the best deals. She even followed up with us later about our purchase. I don't even live in Conyers but I will ALWAYS drive to THIS location to be treated with such great care. Anna is definitely running this store like the Chick-fil-A of wireless service. Awesome job at this store!

This is my first time leaving a review EVER. i received the best service from Anastassia. I came in yesterday to get the 13 max pro , they didn’t have any in stock so i i just ordered it. The phone ended up showing up the next day i went and picked it up with no hassle whatsoever and amazing customer service !

Ana was simply amazing, she knows her product. My experience was stellar, she explained everything about the phone and my bill that I needed to know. I would definitely refer friends and family members to this location

Sid was amazing, she helped me out so much, she got everything done in a nice timely manner and when I came in earlier before my purchase she informed me on everything I would need! I loved her customer service, this should be the only AT&T in conyers, the one on Dogwood has poor customer service every one there needs to be fired and they need to revamp the training for new employees PERIOD!

I was in store with my grandson when this young lady shaudia came in , immediately trying to rush the young lady who was helping a customer who had left for a few ninutes to pick up his daughter. She explained that she was almost done but the young lady shaudia was extremely impatient and rude to the manager who was working alone that day. She was being very nasty with her and I was very impressed on how she ignored her rude remarks and focused on her job. This young lady shaudia is not telling the truth. She kept calling store harassing the manager even after she left. If she was in a rush she should of given herself more time to pick up her device. Not the manager fault it's hers

The store manager Anastassia at this location was outstanding!!!. She went above and beyond to provide the specific help I needed for my particular situation. I tried calling the AT&T call center on multiple occasions, in which none of the reps at the call centers could provide the help I needed. Im so happy I decided to stop by this location in search of help. Anastassia made sure all of my problems with AT&T were solved before leaving the store. Thanks
