This is absolutely the most horrible dollar general I've ever been to.They told my 11 year old brother for an id to buy Pringles... That's horrible customer service.

I don't come to this Dollar General much, but I was in the area and needed to get a few things. The young lady working there was rude as hell to us. I won't be coming back to this one again anytime soon.

Absolutely HORRIBLE! The manager has NO customer service skills. We knew there was a sale and went into this particular location but they said they don't honor DG sales and were "clueless" about any. They also just refused to sell us frozen goods today saying it was unavailable for sell. WTH???!!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!!!

Horrible customer service. They will not honor online coupons. Assistant manager will not make it right. Shop elsewhere.

This is inexcusable. I was so excited to have a dollar store down the street from me, but this one is pathetically stocked. They’re ALWAYS out of what I need, like common spices, creamer & coffee. I don’t think they even bother to have a truck come in every week like the other stores do. Get it together.
