This place is to busy since CVS closed up the street I'm transferring to another. staff is great but they are overworked. They said up to 1000 scripts per day. Only the corp. deserves bad reviews.

After two other Walgreen's Photo location
could not help me to attain a passport photo.
I decided to give them one more chance.
So I stopped in at the Fridley location and WOW!
Store associate Sarah (Superstar💯) was very
concerned with my experience with the other locations.
Sarah made sure that I was going to have a
great! customer experience, which she did! 👍👍👍.

It is getting extremely challenging to receive that
type of service in businesses nowadays.

I changed this review because I met the new store manager and I really liked the way he treats his customer.
This is the old review that pertains to the last manager. I have lived in Fridley for 19 years and have always loved shopping at the Fridley store. In the past year this store has gone down hill so much that the neighbors are complaining about the new store manager. Shelves are empty. It's a complete disaster in that store. If things don't change real soon you will loose alot and customer's. Get a new store manager. She is not doing her job.
How can a store that was so wonderful for 17 years fall completely apart in a short period or time.

Rly, rly good. I love to go to WalGreens and look at the clearance aisle. I love to see what kind of a bargain I can find.

I have been using this pharmacy for one year. Today I met Anna, and she had a positive attitude, and helped me immensely.

People (other pharmacy customers) need to calm down! I wish the pharmacy could rate the customers. Every where you shop it’s understaffed and some patrons just don’t understand this.

I feel that this pharmacy does the best job possible with COVID issues and a staffing shortage. They are always friendly, and that’s why I come back. I wish other customers would treat these hard workers better. Good job Walgreens Pharmacy Team!

Excellent fast and polite and well they were extremely friendly. When you treat others well they treat you well. Sometimes you just have to understand humans make mistakes too. I hope anyone that did not get the service I got went to the manager immed. If not shame on you and posting a bad review when you did not try to resolve things is really on you. For the person who did not get the nylons I am sorry for your loss. Checking the bag can help and so can following up right away. Anyone can have a bad day, and the Walgreens cannot improve if you do not tell them what went wrong.

My go to Walgreens regardless if it's busy or not...the store is clean and the staff are friendly. Just be patient when they're short staffed

Matt helped transfer Rx’s from two different Walgreens out of state while on road trip and updated our insurance information - all over the phone with our loud sick children in the background. Thank you!!

Pharmacy has excellent service for vaccines and prescription drugs.

I was able to find my hair products I use very easily here!
