Horrible customer service. When we ordered our block, we were told it would be middle to end of the following week. We waited until the Monday after our estimated delivery window passed to call to inquire about our delivery, we were told we were first out the next morning. Tuesday came and we called the office to pay and were told they were loading the truck and it would be on its way. Because we had to be in Livingston later that day, we called back at 11:30 when no delivery arrived to see if there was an ETA and we were told that they were just loading the truck now because they didn’t have the block, but it would have to be done in 2 deliveries and if they couldn’t get the 2nd part out to us that day, they would send it the next morning. So we rescheduled our appointment in Livingston to the next afternoon. Again, we called at 12:30 to see where the rest of our order was and were told they would bring it later in the afternoon, we were scheduled for the last delivery. We were told that the mason can start with what we have! When I stated we had to reschedule an appointment twice, and we were told it would be in the morning, there was no apology. Our Mason told us he no longer recommends Acme because it’s hard to get your order, we should have listened. We will be sure to share our experience with several of our neighbors who are also building.
