The reason for me visiting this store was because, the Staples near my home in Stafford VA treated me horrible. The copy center to be exact.
Ashton was not only wonderful but, he was a breath of fresh air . He had patience and helped me with my printing services. Kudos to Ashton and keep up the Good Work.

Ashton & Brittany in the print services department are a dream! They make my process so easy, they’re so friendly and knowledgeable, and I’m always so relieved to see either or both of them behind the desk. I don’t always have the easiest orders and once, Ashton saw me walking in as he was leaving and he turned around to go back behind the desk to help make sure my order got submitted properly. I hope they get the praise and pay the both deserve!!

I’ll preface this review with saying we go here for one thing and that is printer cartridges. They always have our model in stock and quite surprisingly, it’s cheaper than Walmart for our particular model. I was not expecting that. Been here a few times and when the ink is low, this is the place to go. For good deals on printer cartridges, I recommend it!

Spent all weekend searching for a work desk. The tech supervisor (Caysen, sorry if the spelling is wrong) went above and beyond helping us. Through helpful information and then helping us with a return for a faulty desk, he was amazing. The two young men at the front desk who also helped us were just as amazing. Three examples of what customer service should be. We were blessed this weekend and appreciate each and everyone of you.

I was here to purchase some ink for my printer. D'Marian helped me. He has great customer service! Thanks for taking care of me so quickly!

The skinny fella at the print center with a Jeff Bridges tattoo was super helpful with my print job.

I go here often for prints and copies. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The office center does get really busy just have some patience when it comes to rush hour either am or pm.

Actually had the really outdated ink I was looking for.

Each associate encountered has provided expedient customer service, as well as completed printing request toward best the quality output. Kyle was super helpful and made sure we got the best prices on everything. He even chased us down after we left our bag!

Found what I needed with a little bit of help. Cashier run it up but asked if I wanted a bag for my items. What is many items I bought seems a little strange but had to say yes I would like a bag typical girl woman child running a cash register other than that Stables good place

Devin that works in the copy center helped us with a project concerning my mothers obituary and did an amazing job making sure we had exactly what we wanted and needed. He showed such kindness and compassion. We are very thankful.

Welcoming and helpful associates who do everything to provide assistance. The best pricing for office supplies and equipment, computers and accessories, and furniture. Convenient location. The go-to store in Fredericksburg for all things for office and business!

This is the first place I stop to get any of my office supplies. Larissa has always been super friendly, fun to chat with and she goes out of her way to make sure I find exactly what I'm looking for! Awesome customer service!
