Boston Jon is absolutely the best recovery coin guy. I had a custom coin to be done. He was quick with correspondence and even sent the tracking. Even when the tracking info went to my spam, he sent another. I am the group coin person and I have found my guy whenever I need to order a coin...Boston Jon is the guy!!!! Boston Jon is very responsive. I had an order get lost with USPS. Boston Jon immediately responded and sent out a new order the following day. Very easy to work with and he is my new Chip and Medallion guy.

I was so pleased with my experience. One of the items I ordered was out of stock and I was notified within minutes. As a result of this, I was sent a beautiful coin for free. I was looking around and found a unique 34 year chip. I was so excited to see an actual poker chip. I got sober a long time ago in Cleveland, Ohio so I am very aware of AA's past traditions. Now I keep the poker chip in the change part of my wallet just like they did in the old days! It is beautiful, affordable, and a great reminder when I open my wallet! It came in a timely manner and the follow-up thank you note I recieved from the store was awesome. I couldn't be happier!
