I went to this location for the first time today and was thrilled! Jarrod was extremely helpful and knew all of my questions right away. He had excellent customer service and a personable conversation while we waited on the phone transfer. Both agents were incredibly nice and polite. Very helpful and would go here again! Made my process easy.

Jared helped us to upgrade one of our phones. He was very friendly and patient. He answered all of our questions and provided excellent service. Aaron/Erin was also there. She was nice and provided us quick help, as well.

I went into the Bowling Green store on Saturday July 15. Their was only one associate but right away Jarrod let me know I may have to wait for assistance as he was busy with another customer. Jarrod was very helpful, friendly and informative. I left the store very satisfied with the help and received exactly what I was looking for!😊

We recently upgraded my husband's phone. When we received our bill there was a $200 charge and we didn't know what it was for. Come to find out, the old phone was stolen when sent back. Jarrod took care of this and we were almost instantly reimbursed! All the help at this store is amazing!!!

Everytime I go in there to pay my bill or if I need a new phone or anything Jarrod does a fast and an awesome job and he always lets me know what kind of phone plan deals are going on I feel like he really knows a lot of information about phones and can help you if you are having a problem with your phone overall great experiences.

Since moving to Bowling Green, this is for sure my go to location to have great customer care and support. 5 out 5 star experience every time.
