I go to this cvs a few time a week. No one really ever says anything to me. Today Ms Kathy saved me about $15. Helped me find what I was looking for. Helped me sign up for the care credit, which if you haven't yet it’s really a good deal. She was so polite and helpful and went above and beyond to help me. 10/10 ms Kathy you’re perfect

Doctor called in prescription and it was ready less than two hours later….on a Sunday. Staff has always been friendly and helpful when we’ve needed them.

Fast and friendly service. Never had a better experience getting my prescriptions filled.

I've mainly dealt with the pharmacy and they are top-notch. I just wish they had a drive-thru and I wish they had better hours similar to Walgreens

I have used, CVS Pharmacy for years and never was treated like I was a bother, but CVS Pharmacy in Moss Bluff, Their service is the worst. My phone calls never get answered. We wait for 30 minutes to an hour in line then told we are short handed and shut down, we depend on these services for our healthcare services which is the responsibility of the Pharmacy. I am hoping these reviews are taken seriously, because we are serious

I have never been treated so rude by someone in customer relations. The day my prescription was called in I The at the night window definitely needs . What a deplorable She needs to go back

The pharmacy is the worst I have ever delt with… Saturday day @ 11:50am no one standing in line, the place was dead. I ask for two medications that I called in on a Monday for a refill. Of course the lady that works there had no clue how to do here job and then the manager showed the both of us how incredibly helpful she was after she couldn’t find the data on the computer of my medication… well after all the complaints and concerns of why she couldn’t find it she told me that she could fill both medications but they couldn’t do it until after 2:00 because they take lunch at 1pm! If you have any way of going somewhere else do so , you will thank me later.

Was told to schedule vaccination online, did so, sat inside waiting 30 minutes at pharmacy. Finally went to front counter that said pharmacy was short-staffed, so they closed it! Surely they have the capability of indicating so online so one would not be setting appointments! Ridiculous!

Last time I went to this location, they were of a lot of things. That was 2 weeks ago. Just went back tonight and still were out out the same items!! Does anyone ever restock or reorder supplies...?

Worst pharmacy ever. They are rude and could care less. If I could give 0 stars I would.
