I had a friend leave lots of heavy, expensive gear at my house that he needed ASAP. The employees here were incredibly polite and helpful. They helped me get the right size box and get it sent out nice any easy. Thank you for making my Monday less stressful.

Hello Everyone ! I love getting all my services at this location, Great Smiles, Helpful and Miss. Lenora and Miss. Dee and I believe Miss. Demeitris is the most outstanding people on the earth ! This UPS is a busy business but will give you excellent service. Customers come in mean as snakes and they still serve them great and move on ! Awesome 🤩

When I did a search for UPS stores near me I had two choices. The first one I went to did not ship unless you already had a lable, or account, not me. They said that this store that I'm reviewing, could ship my package for me. I went home and did a search on this store and became concerned by their reviews. As I did not have another choice, well okay, off I went.
When I arrived there were 2 other customers ahead of me. Each was treated professionally by 2 different employees. The employees were also very courteous to each of their customers.
Once I was called up, I was greeted by Eva, her name tag said the owner. She was polite, courteous, efficent and helpful.
Guess if you treat people you interact with, with respect, they in turn will treat you with respect.
That is my take on the poor reviews this store recieved.
I will use this store again and suggest that you give them a try, treating them with the respect that they deserve.

This Ups store the workers are always so friendly, and they always help me, but whatever I need if it’s fixing emails or anything else they always there for me and I thank them so very very much and Miss Lynn Nora is a beautiful person

The staff are great and they have multiple desks to process your packages.

I have always enjoyed this facility I have known the owners for years and they h a very always been pretty good people.

I love the way Ms.Dee handles the store she is more than professional. She handles problematic customers extremely well. You all really need to give her a raise because some of the customers who don't follow instructions seem to become irrate and she handles them in a calm professional manner

The entire staff has always been great. Ms. Brenda is always helpful and pleasant. She handles a busy room with ease (even when customers aren’t always the most pleasant like the one today.)

I visited your store on may 6 2023. I wanted to get a document notarized I previously went to the Westwood store.i had to leave there the wait was to long when got to your store I was greeted by a Mrs. Dee she handled my request within minutes and was very pleasant as well as professional. I thank you for having her she really made my day. From now on I will be coming to this location even though it is across town.keep up the good work

This UPS store is very convenient and provides most of my Amazon returns. Further, they honor Amazon's no box or packaging policy and accept returns without hesitation. This UPS is a very popular location and long lines are no stranger to this store location. They do offer basic shipping materials for anything and will offer decent price choices with AARP or Military Discounts if qualified.
Moreover, the staff are professional and timely even on busy days. The store is organized and presentable mostly, but sometimes will need a quick vacuuming during downtimes. Overall, I recommend this location to anyone and will continue using this location forever if ever possible.

Made an appointment online with this UPS store to have a document notarized, signed and mailed off. I arrived 10 minutes early and waited a small amount of time and was directed to another register to complete my process. I was helped quickly and my paperwork was signed, reviewed and stamped by a nice associate. She was very friendly and helpful and it helped ease the stress as I needed to get this done on this day. I also commend them on working in this heat and their store apparently had no proper AC and a sign posted apologizing for the inconvenience. Great service and a lot better communication at this location over the one in Westwood shopping center. From here on out, I'll be using the Northgate location for services in the future. Thanks guys, hope you get your AC working soon.

This is the best UPS store in Fayetteville! You will not find nicer, more helpful people. I came in after a horrible experience at a different location and they did everything they could to help me. 10/10 cannot recommend this more. I see there are older, negative reviews but the store has a sign that says it has changed ownership. Look to the recent reviews, not the older ones.

This is the AWESOME place to drop off packages and do your shipping needs. I was there today and the line was out the door. They had enough of help that I was there 5 mins. If I would have been at the post office, well who knows how long I would have been there. The employees there were so friendly and you knew that they wanted to take care of you promptly! I am SO IMPRESSED! You just don't see this kind of service any more. UPS on Ramsey Street ROCK!!!!!!

Went to the ups store on 3771 Ramsey and ,was go happy to see that the people that worked there were of different ages and of culture . thy work Great together as a Team and it was just a happy place to be try this store

Lenora and the staff at the UPS Store are AWESOME! They are always very professional and helpful. They always have a smile on their face, even when the customer doesn't. It is my choice for all of my company's shipping and copying needs.

Had a quick and simple experience here! The associate, Courtney, was pretty straight to the point and sweet about the whole process. I came in for a Pack and Ship and she made it very easy for me. The store, however, seemed pretty packed when I went but I don’t know if people were just waiting around or in the process of things.
