They are always knowledgeable, provide advice, try to assist in pricing as much as possible, and generally very customer focused. Even though we are not painting pros, they always treat professionally and with courtesy.

Great service: I arrived a few minutes past the closing time, as the sales associate was closing the door. He told me to come in all the same and that it was no problem to mix the paints for me. It was super nice and really helped as I was a bit tight on time with my home remodeling project.

Really knowledgeable & helpful staff. Even though the store had already closed, the gentleman working continued to assist us until we got everything we needed. He went out of his way to explain products & provided excellent recommendations. On top of that he was kind enough to provide us with a discount. We most certainly will be back!

I have been using Sherwin-Williams for decades and I wouldn't use anything else. Yes, they are more expensive but the results are worth it. As the old Fram oil commercial said, "You can pay me now or pay me later."
