Family Dollar

This store without a doubt is the best well stocked and managed Family Dollar in Jacksonville. “Hats Off” to the Manager and Staff for all your efforts!

The exterior accent lighting is amazing. Really sets the side vibe 😎

This is a normal stop for me. The manager is often working harder than some of the other employees but its always clean, well stocked and a great feeling when coming to shop here.
Update:
This store just landed two awards for most improved performance and sales. Their new Sheriff in town here has got a great crew working for him, their company, and most importantly for people like you and me. When i first moved here and came in here there was more merchandise on the floor than on the shelves. I often walked up to the counter and without a word being said me was given my total and sent out the door. Clerks used to be to busy talking on their phones to pay me any attention and trying to find something specific in store was impossible. My how things have changed. I'm greeted when i walk in, i don't have to walk around various objects on the floor and someone is always in ear shot if i have any questions. I honestly feel like everything is personal here and that they are honestly happy to see me. The store is in great shape and just had the floor waxed and polished for the first time in probably a decade. So come on in and visit the new Family Dollar.

Customer service is great and the store is clean and I do find what I'm looking for too.

Best dollar store I have been to! Employees and managers are extremely nice and welcoming! The light in there is happy and white, not yellow like some of the other stores. It’s super clean and organized! Def recommend going there!!

Mom got dizzy in the store. The manager not only got her a chair but gave her a water, keep an eye on her because she made me get what we cane for. Thank you so much!!! We will be back!!

Well they use to say : "Hello Welcome to Family Dollar." But they don't speak any more when you are the reason they get paid. Please go back to greater your customers. Publix is taking all your clients because of their kindness to the customers.

It was so nice to walk in and see that the store has done so much needed renovations...it smelled nice, so organized and spacious abd even the employees had warm attitudes..it was they a pleasure to shop there today...Blessings to all and I will return.

The manager asked how I was doing .Very helpful everybody working in store. Nice place to run in for something but when I try that I normally buy more stuff.

I've been going there for years, Mr Reginald is a wonderful person he is always polite kind and helpful every time I go in the store.

My Mom and I went to family dollar on Wilson. We had to stop and leave the store for a few minutes, we were not done shopping and had to leave our buggy with stuff in the buggy and the business workers were very nice they watched over our stuff while we left.

It wa lit the cashier was and smilingwhile communicating with the customers which always make for a great encounter.
