I had a hard time finding the right mattress that accommodates my war injuries from serving 14 years in the Army. He was able to make an appointment that day with my daughter and I. When we got there, Mike was professional, knowledgeable, and wasn’t pushy to get a sale. He listened to me describing my war injuries and what I struggle with most from my injuries. He already knew what mattress would be best for me, but instead of going right to it he wanted to show me 2 other models. The one he knew would be the best fit was indeed the one I chose. He even showed and had me try an adjustable head and foot frame which I’m glad he did, cause for the first time I felt some relief. My husband and I met with Mike at ZzzTown Mattress last week. Without a doubt, it was the best experience we have ever had in a sales showroom or with a sales person. Many sales people we have encountered over the years, just wanted the "sale." Not true in this case! In over 47 years of marriage, we have made many purchases, including, to name a few, vehicles, appliances, furniture, carpeting and homes. The showroom and Mike made us feel comfortable the minute we walked through the doors. The sales floor is filled with many, many amazing items, but doesn't feel overwhelming. It was a comfortable place to learn about and to "try out" different types of mattresses. Mike is extremely knowledgeable, honest, sincere, patient and a great listener. During our shopping experience we were not rushed. Any questions we asked were answered and we had quite a few. We were treated with the utmost kindness and respect. It was a very pleasurable shopping experience. After considering our choices and with the advice from Mike as to what he considered the best mattress for us, we purchased that mattress, bedding, a bed frame and pillows. All at an awesome price! Additionally, upon delivery, our old mattress will be removed from our home by his staff. We cannot wait until until delivery day!
