This location has been super helpful with getting new devices, checking my bill and making adjustments, as well as any tech support questions I had. I had previously gone to the Central Park location and they were not very helpful and just told me to call in. My friend was told at the Central Park location that this location isn’t authorized to work with business customers but my friend has been able to get help with his business account here. They were able to help him get new devices set up. Amazing costumer service and positive attitude with helping me through every.

Caleb is amazing! He took the time out of his already busy morning to get me all set up on my account, including transferring my data to my new phone, so when I walked out the store, I didn’t have to do anything. He broke everything down easily so that I would understand. One of the best customer service experiences I have had.

This store is awesome!! Paul took care of all the issues I've been having with my s22ultra that's been replaced 5 times. I will be giving this store and Paul all my business from now on. As a local business owner. I'll be referring people to this store. Not sure who owns this store. I wouldn't let him get away from you. He impressed me enough to the fact that where he goes. I go. Forget the saying. Don't go to the independent stores. Well. Go to this one because they know what their doing.

I am so grateful for Sabrina, store manager, who has helped me over two visits. She solved both concerns efficiently and very graciously and was really the best person I have ever dealt with in a Verizon store--ever!! Her assistant, Paul, was great, too...

Paul is the BEST! We had gone to 6 other Verizon stores in Richmond to try to get our new phone fixed/replaced (as it was sold to us with a broken battery) and were given a number of unhelpful answers including going to other offices, calling unhelpful helpdesks and still having no working phone for our line. We went in to this store to ask Paul for help and explained the situation and he immediately identified the problem and had it fixed and working in under 15 minutes. He was courteous, friendly, and professional, and managed the other guests coming in while he was assisting us with patience and efficiency. If you need a Verizon troubleshooting guru, go to Paul!

Sabrina and Paul have helped me tremendously, where I was given a run around before with needing account help, they took the time to give detailed explanations and walk me through what I needed. Definitely recommend coming here

Caleb was such nice person to do business with, I was nervous at first he explained everything in detail and made me feel comfortable being there and making a purchase awesome guy to do business with

Had a daunting task of porting service over from Walmarts 3rd party service, My Family Mobile, which did not make anything easy.

The two Verizon associates I worked with on-site were empathetic and stayed on the line with myself and Walmart associates for over an hour and a half while I was in the store just to get my phones switched over. Before this we had very spotty service in a dead zone.

These two Associates completely owned the task before them and had nothing but confidence in their own skills. Everything was as they said. Really can’t say enough about these dudes, that’s a hard find in 2023

Phone broke and could not figure out how to transfer data. Went into the store and Jacob was absolutely AMAZING..he was professional, patient and very thorough with helping me. I left feeling satisfied and comfortable with his work..he is very knowledgeable with his job. Thank you Jacob..you're the best.

I recently went to this store and met the staff. I’d like to say that everyone is extremely friendly! Jacob is like a guy with a beard but the beard is big so it needs brushing but not really since the look does make it look fuller, I wouldn’t know, I don’t have a beard but it’s very nice. Also sometimes he wears glasses all the time so that’s pretty cool. Visually impaired representation. That’s something I can get behind! But not Jacob. I don’t want to get behind him. I mean, i’m not…well you see it’s complicated, I…Ok so next thing. Kaitlyn exists, I like the fact that she exists, pretty cool. I really thought to myself, “Hi Ashley! Ashley? Jane. Maria? jaaaanet JANET YES! No? OH I KNOW KAITLYN YUP THATS IT!” Either way, great name. And service is pretty good too. But you know what the best part about this store is? It’s Cu-CALEB…it’s CALEB! What a guy! I love the way he looks, smells, tastes, touches, and sounds. In only 5 minutes I-HE HE already knew everything about me! I felt so at wor-HOME! I felt at home when being served by him. Give this man a raise! What a guy!!! Oh yeah, and Micheal Yezek is ok too. His Rep work could use some improvement but hey, we all gotta start somewhere. I’m not implying that by “we” I am included in that “we.” I neither confirm nor deny that I am anything above customer status at ANY store. I know my rights.

We were provided with OUTSTANDING Customer Service. We were advised on ways to decrease our monthly bill, get all best services we need. THANK YOU to Jonathan and the team he works with Alex & Cody (the color and style expert)!!! It was a fun experience as well. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU

I came to this location because the Verizon in Central Park told me that they couldn't upgrade my phone or replace it & that I would have to just get my screen fixed — so I came here... and Amanda was able to help me with everything, she switched my online order to a different color phone and was patient with me when I had a million questions. She's been one of the greatest help I've ever had anywhere. I was able to upgrade my phone with no issues & she even helped me figure out how to get my pictures back on. 😄

John Allen was fabulous. We are seniors and not technically oriented but he took complete care of us. He is polite, professional, cordial and very personable. He fully explained every detail, offered us a plan no one else did, and transfered all data. We are very pleased. John should be rewarded for his excellent service. Would definitely go to him in the future.
