Best AT&T in Kent!

The reviews made me curious about stopping by, glad I did! Best team I’ve dealt with in a while. They give AT&T a great image!

I had a really good experience at this AT&T. Jayla was the sales representative who helped our family out, she was very kind and knowledgeable. The way she spoke to us was appreciated, we did not feel rushed or like we were being pushed into something that would not be the best fit for our family.

I was so glad that this was the AT&T store I stopped at. As soon as I walked in, Jayla greeted me with a smile and asked me what I needed help with. She had a great sense of humor and made it very enjoyable to talk to her while I was getting support with my phone line. She helped me figure out how I can switch to a family plan and I was so so grateful. Thank you Jayla!!

Isaiah was patient with my mom and I while transferring my brother's old phone to his new phone. He was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions with enthusiasm. Will definitely be coming to this location in the future with our questions.

I rarely have the need or time to visit a store in person, however this was one of those times. What can I say?
I received the best customer service ever! And that isn't giving the crew enough credit. I was greeted by a beautiful young woman named JAYLA upon entering the store, who was so personable and engaging I immediately relaxed. I was also helped by two wonderful gentleman named ISAIAH and RAHMEL.
In an age when we rely so much on our phones and rarely have to interact in person, this was the confirmation I needed that people interacting with one another can never be replaced. I left feeling something I hadn't in a long time and that was---grateful for real people, who genuinely wanted to help me. Thank you all so much!

I'm very happy, please with the performance with Jayla she's very professional as well her knowledge and explaining ,answering every question to my needs. Real curtious specially these days you can get professional people at business.
The transfers between Verizon to At t went smooth.

We came into the store expecting it to new nightmare experience like it ALWAYS Is at the south center store…but to our surprise it was the best experience we’ve ever had at any AT&T store. Jayla was super friendly and knowledgeable. She didn’t waste our time. Got us in and out! Kent location is where it’s at! We will never go to the south center store again! Thank you Jayla!

Brandon is always friendly but more so knowledgeable. He walks me through my issues with patience and understanding. I won't go anywhere else.

The vibe in the store is laid back and professional. The moment you enter the store it just feels like you can breathe. Isaiah helped me fix what was wrong with my phone. It was a pleasant experience.

Rahmel was an excellent help to my kids and I. He was able to switch our phones and colors around on our new iPhones that a previous service rep messed up. We are truly appreciative of him and all his work to straighten things out.

I dread going to the phone stores experiencing hours of waiting. I went in meeting Jayla receiving service in American Sign Language, my first language, in less than 15 minutes transferring my phones service to a better price. Jayla understood my needs resolving them with grace. She takes good care of customers. If you need help, ask for her!

Jayla is amazing and has been so good at communicating with me through this whole process. I am only switching because of her. She truly deserves a raise!!

Jayla helped me switch from Verizon, it was the smoothest transfer I’ve ever experienced, she explained everything to me and answered all the questions I had, her personality made my experience that much better and if I ever have any questions or concerns I’ll definitely be going back to her and Ill be recommending her to my family and friends!

10/10! Jayla and Isaiah assisted me with a phone issue I’ve been having for ages. Jayla really took her time not only to help me but to help me understand the policies that were directly affecting me. I have transferred from years with verizon over to AT&T and Jayla is the reason!! I’ve referred family and friends who’ve had just as good of an experience with her and the store in general. I recommend asking for them for good service :)

Jayla helped me out with paying my bill and with upgrading my phone to an iPhone she was a joy to work with and very knowledgeable with answering my questions
