Very good experience. Associate went above and beyond to help me with my phone.

Jordan is always so helpful when I come in with questions. He helps me understand the issue instead of just fixing it and sending me out the door. He also saved me money today, and helped me get a fantastic deal on TV service. 5 stars...I strongly recommend going to see him of you have any issues. Thank you for your help with everything.

Clark certainly went above and beyond! I was thrilled to work with him as I’d already been to a different AT&T location that was less than helpful. He answered my concerns, he treated me as though he wanted my business and was willing to answer all my questions and understand my concerns. Go to the GREENSBURG location anytime you can, even if you must drive a little further, it will be worth it! Thanks again Clark!

Brooke was very knowledgeable and helpful. She took the time to help figure out the best phone choice for me. She even pointed out a way that I could save money on my bill because I had 2 different insurance policies and didn’t need both.

The store is under new management since Feb 2020, and my experience today replacing a broken phone was excellent and speedy quick. I was in and out of the store in 20 minutes, with all my questions answered and a replacement phone on its way. Thank you, Brooke!

They're always friendly here and customer service has always been exceptional. If I go in with a question they can't answer right away, they'll help me find the answer. When it's time for me to get a new phone, they'll go over what benefits each phone has and try to fit me with the best phone for me.
