AT&T Store

This is my go to AT&T store for years now. The customer service is great and the employees are very thorough and patient. My family and i had the help of 2 young male employees there (one was named Bryan), they were great and very patient with my Chinese speaking parents. I truly appreciate the kindness and their professionalism.

I'm so happy I stopped by this store to see what they could do for me. I had Verizon and I was so tired of being overcharged. I was paying over $100 a month now I'm paying $50 a month for better service. I don't want to forget to say thank you to John for his awesome product knowledge and customer service.

First time visiting this location, Kuan was very helpful and friendly to me and my son, best service ever since I live this city for over 7 years. I will always back this location for his help. So good to find someone can speak Chinese to be honest.

AT&T Spring Mountain branch is the best tech. They resolved my problem fast and easy, very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend them.

I was trying to transfer an eSIM from an iPhone to a physical SIM on Google Pixel Pro 7 and spent more than an hour on chat and via a phone call with AT&T's support specialist but none of them been able to get the job done except when I visited a nearby AT&T store where I met Mei. Mei was very friendly and welcoming. Moreover, Mei didn't take more than 3 minutes to do it! We deserve someone like Mei in an online support as well, not just with someone who just ask dumb questions but who is incompetent. Thank you, Mei! Your service was very appreciated.

We were on vacation in Vegas and My phone was lost and then it was turned in to security. They assisted me with securing my lost old phone, bought new phone and when phone was found assisted me in transferring my info. They were so patient and informative. This was the very best customer service I have ever experience with AT&T store. Kuan and John AT&T Las Vegas China Town are the best of the best. They deserve more than 5 stars.

Mei was an excellent and knowledgeable technician. She worked with me for several hours and resolved many challenging issues. I would happily recommend this store to anyone, especially the great work of Mei.

John was very helpful and was sure not to pressure me into buying something I did not need. He helped me get the iPhone I wanted in the color I wanted, will definitely be back for all my AT&T phone needs.

I came to the store at around 6:30pm and they were supposed to close at 7pm but John, the at&t associate who helped us, still took his time to accommodate us and made sure that we really understood what we were getting from at&t. He was very kind and patient with us despite our many requests. Thank you so much for helping us, we appreciate it a lot!

The Chinatown AT&T store location is the best in town. I will continue to always go to this particular location. . My phone had a huge problem. I had not received any voice messages since March and this is November the manager helped me. It took two hours, but I walked out of there a very happy customer.. it was a huge problem because I am a professional person and I was not receiving any voice messages and my job was even in Jeopardy so I’m very happy with the effort and I will always come back there.

Came to the store here and had John as my customer service representative and he was amazing and helpful! Very knowledgeable and fast! I will keep coming back for sure!

Awesome customer service by John! I came in desperate after cracking my phone's glass screen in a drunken haze on the Vegas strip. John helped me upgrade my phone at great discount, purchase a new screen protector, and update our family wireless plan, while explaining all the features and addressing my concerns. I'll revisit even though I live in California!

Honestly, came in to see what were my deals and promotions to see if I can upgrade to the new iPhone 14. Kwan made everything easy, quick, and no hassle. He also answered all my tedious questions that made more sense when he explained the plan, upgrade, and my next steps to finalizing my order. He also did some digging into my profile to see how I can save $$$ and still get the best out of my service. Would recommend this place. If you ever in the area ask for Kwan he will set you up with the newness and get you the best deal possible.

John is who I worked with at At&t Spring Mountain. Incredible guy, very knowledgable and helped me every step of the way get my new phone. Would recommended John, 10 times out of 10!
