I had a fantastic experience at the Apple Store! The staff there were incredibly helpful and attentive. They went above and beyond to assist me with my issue, making sure I left with a solution and a smile. Exceptional service!

Having been here several times now I feel comfortable reviewing this location.
Immediately upon entry someone will greet you and send you in the right direction. Staff is very friendly and seem to support each other well, whether you are there to make a purchase or just check out new products.
For every step of the way, may it be browsing, purchasing, or tech support my experience here has been phenomenal. I even learned about Apple business options and how that can benefit our company. Unfortunately they do not offer any of the more interesting trainings, just basic get-to-know-your-device ones. I have attended 2 and learned A LOT.
Obviously on weekends it's busy, you'll find plenty customers from around the world and several languages are spoken by staff.
Compared to my experiences in other Apple stores around the county this one stands out as one of the best!!

Love that store my entire family goes there since 10 years ago, the past Dec 23rd bought air pods, new cell iPhone and an Apple Watch, and there was a super terrific salesperson, not sure if her name is Michelle, but for sure she mentioned in the chat conversation that we had back then, that she studied biology at UNLV, beautiful, smart and highly qualify sales person there who provided an excellent customer service’s skills. 100% score. Happy to go back again in April to purchase my new Mac labtop. Also I recalled that there was a guy mid senior with glasses that didn’t like him at all he is very louder and it seems that he likes to engage in argues with customers… definitely I will reach out the same lady, hoping she is still working there, crossing fingers, during these times is just a matter of luck to have strong and positive attitude workers who would know better how to connect and engage positively with potential customers in order to sale a product!!

I walked into the Apple Store in a very busy night before the holidays, and the kindest Apple rep named Evan helped me with my phone. I thought I cracked my phone face when he quickly discovered it was just the cover. We both laughed at my silly misunderstanding as he replaced my cover and I was on my way! Evan made my day, it was the best experience I’ve ever had at Apple! THANKS EVAN🙏🏼😎

Good selection of higher end spec inventory. I got lucky both times and snagged parking right in front of the store, so, it is possible. 🤣 Staff was great as well.

Always so helpful. Went in to purchase an Apple TV. I knew exactly what I wanted and was out of there in just a few minutes. Terrific service.

First time ever having to go to the Apple Store. It was packed, but a gentleman was able to quickly assist me. He was very friendly and knew exactly how to help me.

Staff was cool ... Answered all my questions and didn't play games ....

A really nice shopping experience, the staff is very helpful and patient. They help me through the whole process of upgrading my phone and had and answer for each of my questions.

You can make an appointment for free classes on how to use your computer, I phone, etc. They are awesome!!

I come here all the time to buy more Apple products and get stuff repaired.

Like most Apple stores, they are friendly and knowledgeable.

If only Best Buy and other retailers could learn from Apple.

I’ve probably spent $30,000 at this place buying laptops, phones, and watches for our friends and family.

They don’t seem to mind if you bring in food and drink. Last time I was waiting two hours for my appointment (not their fault), so I was able to bring in lunch.

The parking garage is only a 3 minute walk to this place.

It was a phenomenal experience, the person who helped us, Alex, was not only charming and personable, but also very knowledgeable. We will be back.

Good service, short waits, they are controlling crowding in the store, and the "geniuses" are adequately trained. Not too hard to park in South or West parking structure and walk to store.

Ian - 5 star customer service! I cannot express how appreciative I am of Ian’s exceptional service and professionalism. We had a Genius Bar appointment for a faulty product. Not only was he attentive and patient with my mother and I, but he took the time to answer all our questions and educate us about our product. Customer service like his feels rare these days. The excitement for Apple products make the experience all the better.

I must say, their customer service and knowledgeable employees have improved over the years. They allow you room to browse without being hounded, and there’s plenty of employees around when you are ready to receive help. The prices are terrible - that’s Apple! - but the employees and the plentiful options available to you are excellent.

I went in with specific questions about Parental Controls. The first employee I spoke to walked me through a complete, in depth, tutorial. I threw him some tough questions about file transfers and workarounds for parental controls(I am a bit of a geek) and he never flinched or hesitated. Answered them all and showed me examples on his own phone. I am hard to impress when it comes to tech, but this was a good experience. They may convert this die hard Android user
