Fantastic location with a HUGE men's section, something I don't often see in other states. The staff were pretty friendly and the location was kept clean and organized! I'd definitely recommend checking this place out if you need a balance of style and affordability.

I always love going to this location because it is usually quieter and they always have a good selection for men's clothing. I actually needed to get a pair of dress pants for work this week because something happened to my old ones, and I needed it quick. Luckily they had my size and I think it might have been the last one in black!

Wow, what a great store! This H&M is in very cool, outdoor shopping area of the South Loop neighborhood in Chicago.

Because of my age this store cater to the youth 13-27. Nice clothes. I probably can get away buying their t-shirt shirts.

Great stuff. Looks amazing super affordable with out lacking in quality. definitely worth being apart of membership (not a credit card) just to get the discount. Staff was help ful at check out and didn't no sales people on the floor to pressure you while you shop.

Thank you Jake for taking those pants off the mannequin for us after the “Visual manager” or whatever her position is, the lady with pink hair, dismissed us rudely and said it wasn’t going to happen today. And then proceeded to awkwardly yell at you from across the store while you got us our pants. We really appreciate it! That lady was so rude we were about to leave the store without all the stuff we had in our bag but Jake saved the day with superstar customer service and we ended up spending $180.00! I’m sure that’s the kind of manager you want working for you, I hope H&M recognizes good employees like Jake! You deserve a raise!

Nice store with good options.
Women's clothing is good selection and they change seasonally to get the latest styles. Winter styles are good.
Summer breezy dresses are good.

For men's semiformal and party Wear, all the selection is good. May feel limited and similar, but it is unique.

Kids selections also are good. They are not expensive and stylish still.

The Staff is lovely, their efforts were really clearly seen in the way the store is clean, aisles are spaced for easy social distancing, items are proportionately hung as not to be crammed onto a rack. The floor design is simple with merchandising that showcases both sale and regular priced items. The store now has a touchless QR code system for signing up for sales discounts and rewards that is AWESOME. There is this wonderful burst of clean air in intervals and it goes right in line with all of the other measures for health & safety. Social distancing signage, plexi barriers, and face mask that make you feel comfortable shopping are all clearly visible.
Note: H&M has suspended used clothing dropoffs as well all fitting rooms are close due to the Pandemic until further notice. Liberal 30-day return policy on all items.

Note: H&M requires all guests to wear face mask for the entirety of their visit.

Noted- H&M is rocking the this is how Post Pandemic Business should be done model.

I just love this place. Prices always reasonable. Nice sales constantly. Quality of the clothes are better than some high in places. I rarely leave without buying something.

Great location, always busy but with great customer service they keep the line moving and are very helpful on the floor. Affordable, cute and good quality clothing.

My 12 year old daughter loves this place. It's her favorite store, ever. So- how many stars? Easy peasy- 5 stars or bust!

I loved the shopping experience. We bought cloths for my whole family. I love their product especially the product which are from Bangladesh. The material of that cloths is really comfortable.

One of the better H&Ms, believe or not, the line actually moves swiftly!

Good selection of clothing, they actually have pieces for people over the age 25.

Great place to shop, the employees are always willing to help make my shopping experience easier no matter how hard it is to make a decision.

Very Good Customer service .. 2 different stores .. Mich Ave and South Loop.

There fitting room is closed but if your clothes don't fit you can bring them back for a different size.
