My wife and I had a wonderful shopping/purchasing experience with Roy at the Ellicott City location of the Big Screen Store. He was responsive, knowledgeable and friendly and provided the detailed information we needed to make an informed purchase of a sectional chair set that we’re thrilled with. We fully intend to recommend Roy and this particular store to all of our friends who may be interested in the products they carry!

My experience with the Big Screen Store in Ellicott City, MD was a wonderful. I went in there on short notice thinking of buying a T.V., for Baltimore’s championship game against Kansas City. Roy was very helpful and patient with me, he was very knowledgeable about all of the T.V., and which would be best for my space. I enjoyed the purchasing process and am really happy with my new T.V., and sound bar.

Best TV buying experience I have ever had. Buying a tv is almost like buying a car for me. I have no idea what all the features are. I just need it to work and not cost an arm and leg. Service on the phone before I went into the store was just as good as the service in store. They are the best!! Will definitely be back. If you think you get better TVs and prices anywhere else, you are wrong or just have money to burn.

We had done the research prior to my visit and knew the precise Samsung TV we wanted. The store had that model and was set up to compare it to a range of models. The comparison confirmed our choice. We were also able to compare sound bars with a range quality and features, enabling us to select the next-to top model, with exceptional voice quality (for a hearing-impaired listener) but without the extra speakers for surround sound. The salesman was quite helpful and we purchased the system at a great price.

Went here to buy new TVs for our new house. Roy, our salesperson was amazing. I truly hate having to deal with salespeople but Roy was a great guy. He wasn’t a sleazy salesman and he actually made us feel quite good about our purchases. The TVs were delivered immediately and we love them. We will be back, only if Roy is still around.

Thanks to Jason at the big screen store we FINALLY got a resolution of our warranty issue through Centricity. With Jason's advocacy- within 24 hours of the time we notified him- the matter was resolved with a replacement and installation. We sent many people there after we got our Samsung Frame TV because we were such big fans of the TV and the store. Glad that this glitch has been resolved.

Everyone associated with the Big Screen Store is excellent. From Alan the salesman, to the delivery staff and the installers. Top notch. Our installers B were fantastic. Everyone answered all our questions from start to finish.

Product knowledge is their specialty! Sales works very hard to keep you happy and satisfied. It is the only way to spend your money in 2023. Don't waste your time in other places. They even can match or beat prices. What more can you ask for? See Adam, he specializes in making sure to match the correct product with the right person.

Roy made this experience outstanding. He was able to answer all our questions, and was fast and efficient in getting our delivery processed. We had a new TV, stand and sound bar delivered and set up 2 days after our store visit. This is definitely the place if you are looking for great service and selection.

Great service-Roy was extremely helpful and pleasant to talk with. The delivery was incredibly fast-the next morning, even at Christmas. The price was better than Costco and online sellers. Would highly recommend this place for selection and service!

Bought a tv, surround sound system and a leather couch, everything was perfect and I’m going back for the recliner in a few days. Never had any problems and it’s always nice to walk in and not be forced to take what they want to sell you. Very family oriented atmosphere there.

I had the pleasure of working with Adam when my old TV finally died. He was extremely professional and gave me one of the best customer experiences I've ever had. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, their truck was delayed which impacted when they could get the TV to me. However, when I called to follow up on my order a few days later, he not only remembered my name and what I bought, but also gave me a rundown of all the behind the scenes things he had been working on to coordinate a quick and easy delivery. The install was scheduled the day after the unit came in and they were extremely professional. Very nice, had on their gloves and masks, and they even went the extra mile and hid the wires in the wall for me! Hands down the best service I've ever had. They've earned a customer for life... I will definitely be back for my next tv. If you are in the market for a new TV, give them a call.. you won't regret it.

We bought a 75 inch Samsung here but had to come back the next day and cancel because my brother-in-law had upgraded their TV on the same day (coincidence) and gave us their 65 inch. Even though we ended up not purchasing this time around, the cancellation was a no questions asked, no hassle process and we will definitely come back next time when we are ready for an upgrade. Our sales rep Roi was honest and took care of everything well.

I was referred to the BSS in Ellicott City by my father. As soon as I came in, Adam was there to greet me and my 2 boys. I did a ton of research so I pretty much knew what I wanted. Adam took the time to explain all of the features on the tv, as well as the differences between several models. He also walked me through the installation process, choosing the right mount, and entertained my little ones with Jurassic Park on phenomenal surround sound! The whole experience was enjoyable! Thank you, Adam, for the wonderful service! I'm looking forward to the install. I will absolutely return when I purchase another TV. Great experience!
