Let me start by apologizing for not posting on 01/24/2024, on the day of my shopping experience at Flynn O’Hara. The service was phenomenal! The staff Deb, Betsy, and Ellen, were exceptional! Treated me with the utmost respect, exhibiting patience, knowledge of the items needed once informing them which program I am apart of, most preferred style for men, timeline of delivery, effective communication, and hilarious. They even took time to check with their partner store in Baltimore to see if I could purchase items sooner, than ordering some things online. Going above and beyond! I really enjoyed my first encounter at Flynn O’Hara in Glen Burnie, and encourage all to experience their phenomenal service!

We visited the store today as we had an issue w my daughter’s nursing uniform (just the sizing ). Betsy was fantastic! She was super super helpful , very pleasant and knowledgeable. We had a great experience and would definitely return. Thank you Betsy !

This Flynn O’Hara location gets very busy in August, but I found the associates to be patient, friendly, and accommodating to customer needs. I live in Prince George’s County, but I travel the extra miles to shop this location for my kid’s uniforms because of the excellent customer service.

The ladies were very friendly and knew their stuff. We are brand new at Spalding and we're fully confident in Betsy's knowledge and advice.

Also, if you're willing to hire at age 14 this summer , I won't let you down. Many 14 year olds are more mature than the older teens.

Betsy and the ladies at FlynnO'Hara in Glen Burnie are phenomenal human beings. I placed an order online for scrubs. I picked up the online order and was not pleased with the sizes. I was quite perturbed. Betsy handled my lack of class with pure class and grace. She, and the other two ladies, were incredibly kind, caring, understanding, and patient. I made a fool of myself by expressing my concerns regarding the rather large size for a medium size scrub set but Betsy and company were immensely compassionate and eased my concerns. I highly recommended going into the store to purchase uniforms. Betsy and the ladies at the store are very knowledgeable and personable. You will enjoy your time spent with them and they'll get you the correct sizes you need. I am glad I these ladies are apart of my journey to becoming a nurse and will forever remeber the amazing exxperience I shared with them and more to come as I will be getting another back up uniform. Thanks ladies, you are all amazing.

Literally was in and out my first time being in there ordered my uniform for school. They were so kind and welcoming. It was no pressure but the second time I went there was because my shoes didn’t fit. I wanted to return it and they were easily able to return my shoes, and re-ordered me another one.

I was extremely stressed because I decided to send my son to private school at the last moment. (Meaning I waited all summer to figure out a solid plan for schooling for my elementary student). However, Flynn O’Hara Uniforms had everything I needed; it was truly a one stop shop for uniform essentials. One of the employees, Khaila, went above and beyond to assist me with any questions. She was courteous and extremely professional. I recommend not only this store, but also ask for Khalia to assist you with facilitating any questions, especially if you’re new to buying school uniforms.

We found this story here on Google and was so glad to get our daughter's measurements and uniforms ordered. Ellen took care of all our questions and brought a variety of sizes to try on and had a lot of knowledge and good recommendations. They go above and beyond here.

Betsy and Makaila are FUN (what you need for a 7YO that wants to be doing anything other than shopping for uniforms), efficient and awesome. We had a great time choosing our uniforms. Deborah, Diego and Laila provide good assisting support in the back and at the counter to get you out in time. We can’t wait to see you next time guys!

I walked into the store and was treated instantly! The employee was so kind and new exactly what I needed when I provided the school name. Service and product was perfect! Will definitely recommend their service!

Love this store. Staff is always so helpful. The quality of the clothes is great. Everything holds up well and looks well made. Children look professional in these uniforms.

The associates in this store are always very helpful! I prefer going to the store instead of buying online because I'm able to look at the clothes and talk to the associates.

Great experience went there on 8/26/2023. The manager was so attentive I think her name was Debbie . And the rest of the crew on the ball didn't take long for me to get what I needed. This is our first year in private school and of course I waited till the last minute but no one made me feel as if it was a problem thank you Flynn in no hair and thank you Debbie for making my first experience wonderful can't wait to come back next year.

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. My entire experience from fitting to completed order was about 20 minutes.I definitely recommend them for your uniform needs.

We procrastinated and came the day before we needed uniforms. This was all new to us so we were a bit like fish out of water. The store was packed but the staff was so efficient and helpful. The manager Debbie helped us navigate the process and was especially kind. Thanks Flynn O’Hara!

I went in on 8/26 and the system was down . They were having trouble with the internet . I felt so bad for all of them. But trust me when I say they handled it better than I could have ever done . Not one hiccup not one snarky attitude . It just puzzles me when I see others make comments about how mean someone is. And I never witnessed that. So I applaud The Manager for getting me in and out as fast as she did . Thank you Debbie
