Boot Barn

I was a first-timer at the store in the evening of 12/2/23 with knees wobbling because cowboy culture is rather foreign to me. I went to Boot Barn to purchase a gift and as I stared at the literally hundreds upon hundreds of pairs of boots and apparel items, I realized that I was drowning and needed help fast! That’s when I met Frankie.

He immediately greeted me with an electric smile and gleam in his eye that let me know that everything in my cowboy vortex was going to not only be fine, but AWESOME. I told Frankie what I was looking for and he, with the skill of a surgeon, started pulling merchandise from all over the store. He created some classic ensembles that turned this suburban guy into an urban cowboy 🤠…if only for about 45 minutes! I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of the interaction with Frankie and the entire staff. I felt like we had the store to ourselves because of the attention paid to me.

Deep merchandise selections are not entirely unique these days as competition for business is fierce. What is truly unique about Boot Barn is Frankie and the staff. This was, by far, one of the most rewarding shopping experiences that I have ever had. I can’t wait to pop in some Toby Keith and get on my mechanical 🐂💥😎😂!

Monica was an exceptional customer service rep at the Oracle location in Tucson. My fiancé was getting her first pair of boot and Monica really made it a wonderful experience with her expertise, attending hand, and welcoming attitude. Best experience I’ve ever had there and a perfect first-impression for a first-time boot buyer. THANK YOU MONICA!!

Good experience here, met a dude named Steven or something like that. Interesting background with his bull-riding stuff. Creased my hat quite nice. Great hats and at a pretty good price and with attentive staff. Much love coming from the (WestCoast) 🤙

Amazing. Been a minute since I wore a pair of real western boots. I thought it would be very difficult to find a pair. 10 minutes and I came home with a beautiful perfect fitting pair of Dan Post boots. Did I say amazing?

Great for horse lovers. They have from Western clothing and boots to jewelry and home decor. Love getting gifts and gift cards for my son and family, who have horses and participate in national competitions.

Great place! I got $15.00 in shore Cash plus $5.00 for doing a phone servey. $20.00 total in-store cash woohoo. Great service, friendly laid back atmosphere, tons of boot and clothing. I finally found the boots for me.

Monica was so incredibly nice and helped so much. I needed to exchange boots. I found a pair I absolutely loved for my wedding but I couldn’t find it on the shelves. She was so friendly and talkative and the other staff were able to locate the boot in my size!! This was such a pleasant experience, I will only shop at this boot barn location. (I usually go to the one near Broadway, but have never received customer service like this).

If you like western attire, boots & accessories this is the place. However, it is also a great place to go look at & try on a huge selection of work boots. The largest work boot/shoe selection in town. They even have a selection of hiking shoes/boots. Sort of a self serve place for taking a pair off the shelf & trying them on. However, if you don't see your size ask because they may have them in the back.

I had the best experience at the Boot Barn on Oracle. The manager was great! She was very helpful. She made my shopping experience the best. I needed several items and she guided me through so easy. I only needed a couple of things and 10 items later I was checking out. Great store, great staff.

Great we enjoyed ourselves. Lots of boots, hats, Jean's belts etc. You name it they have it. Great help, place is clean and orderly too. Big clean dressing rooms. Bought Jean's, will be going back to get some boots.

Super nice. Very helpful. Great selection of inventory. And they can STRETCH your cowboy or Western boots for you. They have a large inventory of Ariat boots for women. Tall and Short.

The employees were extremely helpful and just lovely. The selection for my size boots was very decent (13 D). Pricing was nothing to complain about and competitive with other companies. I highly recommend this business if you're looking for anything Western.

I love this store. One of the only places in town with a large selection of cowboy jeans. Helpful staff. I can never just get 1 pair of jeans and end up with usually a shirt and boots too. I won't mark it down a star though, that's just a great store perk.

Went in this store to look a shoes, well they don't sell regular tennis shoes. I was followed around the whole time while looking at other items, by an employee. She was acting as if I was going to steal something. I felt very uncomfortable and very disrespected. I ended up buying two belts that costed me over 100$. I've always wanted one so decided to treat myself and my boyfriend. I will never shop at this location again. Very upsetting.
