AT&T Store

This location is by far the best location in Tucson. Not only is it always very neat and tidying. I'm always greeted with a smiling face and great energy from the representatives. They are always willing answer all my questions, demonstrate how to use my phone and even tell me all the latest new gadgets available and most recently I've even been able to contact them via phone to get any help I need with my new pixel pro Good job ladies. Keep up the good work. Truly a blessing to be assisted by you all

Teion was such a great help!! She got me all the accessories I needed and I even got AirPods and an Apple watch for a great deal, and through out the whole process she was very informative. It’s safe to say you won’t regret coming here!

Although it is quite a distance from where I live, absolutely love shopping at this store. Nick was extremely helpful trying to get a claim approved. I was sent to the Apple Store at La Encantada.

They wanted to charge me a ridiculous price to fix my phone & I was sent back to AT&T. Matthew informed me that my claim was refused but I was sent to a place to fix my phone cheaply & am delighted with the outcome.

All of the staff at this store are so willing to work with you until your issue is resolved. Thank you!

This location has the best reps ever! I worked with Teion when I was in a few days ago and she exceeded all of my expectations for a customer service rep. 5 star gal and manager material!

I was having an issues w my trade in credits not getting applied to my new phone and came in for help and teion was very helpful she was able to get things straight and my credits will be applied

Savannah was extremely helpful getting my phone transferred and helping me get a new contract. Also getting everything figured out when it ended up being more complicated then we realized. We were there for over 2 hours and not once did she lose patience or get frustrated with the process. I appreciated every bit of her help. Nick was on the sidelines helping other customers and helping us in between too.

Savannah was one of the best people I’ve ever met! I’m a person who doesn’t understand the upgrade stuff all that well and by the time I left I felt super good about all my questions and her personality really helped to make me feel good about being there! And Lorenzo was awesome to talk to with!

Savannah was very helpful and along with Nick, helped us get the new phones and plan that fit our needs. Very willing to take us through our options even though we don't live in Arizona.

Best place to go if you need a new phone or devices

My shopping experience at the Tuscon Mall was amazing. Savanah was great in greeting me upon arrival. She was very knowledgeable about the products and delivered great service.

Tionne/Teonne was super sweet and funny. Very understanding and helpful and came to me at a very reasonable time.

10/10 Savannah was super helpful. Helped me to trade in my current phone, order new one and get the best deal.
